Service quality is poor and it’s expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Clean bedroom and spacious.

Cons:

The service is terrible. They almost never answer via booking. I requested one month before to put all my reservations on the same floor as we were travelling with two 90 year old ladies and needed to be near them, they confirmed this but then when we got the rooms they were not able to give us rooms on the same floor. The night of Thursday we asked the time for the breakfast for Friday and they said until 10 am. We arrived Friday morning to the breakfast at 9h35 and the lady there told us it was closing and that we were too late. She was very grumpy and rude. The pool was not open. There is no cleaning of the room and we were not told about it upon arrival. There is nothing near the place, you need a car to get there

Passable pour y dormir et se laver, sans plus.
Pros:

La chambre était propre et soignée. Le personnel était sympathique.

Cons:

Le manque d'équipements dans la chambre : sèche cheveux, bouilloire... Le wifi ne marchait pas. La piscine non plus. Assez déçue de ce séjour au vue des 3 étoiles que propose l'hôtel... où sont-elles ?

Agréable, pratique et propre
Pros:

Parking et localisation pas très éloigné de Marseille et Aix-en-Provence, assez calme la semaine , très grand lit très agréable avec coussin à mémoire de forme, propreté et équipement

Cons:

Quelques minutes d'attente à la réception sans un employé.

Situation géographique adaptée pour la partie travail
Pros:

La chambre était adaptée à mes attentes et spacieuse.

Cons:

J'avais réservé cet hôtel pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine ainsi que ma compagne qui m'accompagnait. Je n'avais pas été informé que la piscine était en travaux et pendant que j'étais au travail ma compagne n'a pas pu en profiter aussi.

Pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse puisque j'étais dans une chambre handicapée, calme et bien située

Cons:

D'avoir été mise dans une chambre handicapée alors que je ne le suis pas avec une douche sans paroi ni rideau donc salle de bain complètement inondée, pas de sèche cheveux comme c'est le cas dans les autres chambres, odeur très forte dans la salle de bain, piscine hors service, bar fermé à 18h alors qu'il fait 35° dehors et personnel peu accueillant
