Vraiment le premier contact à tout gâché

Proximité du restaurant la boucherie

Cons:

L’accueil a l’arrivée déplorable : pas bonjour ne répond pas à nos questions ne nous regarde même pas
Les personnes de l’accueil le deuxième jour ont été plus à l’écoute
Mais reste que la première impression était catastrophique
Pas de distributeur de boisson fraîche
Pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres

Our stay was pleasant, functional & near to our family in Gardanne (10 minutes drive)
Pros:

The rooms where newly refreshed. Very functional & clean. They accept dogs which was handy. The carpark closes at night & on a weekend in June there was space. The room we had was quiet. The breakfast had plenty of choice and as it was summer we ate on the terrace. There is a swimming pool that was not operational but I was clearly notified that it was not & I'd read in the comments that it would be the case. The staff was efficient.

Cons:

The welcome was efficient but could have been warmer & spontaneously informative (wifi, breakfast times....)

Pros:

La salle d'eau : spacieuse, bien agencée, grande douche.
Bon fonctionnement de la climatisation.
Éclairage généreux.
Beau parking.
Restauration sur place, l'hôtel étant isolé.

Cons:

La chambre au RDC (manque de lumière naturelle du fait de la végétation).

Nous avons réservé un chambre 1 lit double.
Il n’y en a à plus et Sana informer nous a été imposé une chambre 2 lit.
Forte odeur de cigarette.
Avons demandé de changer de chambre… il nous a été répondu : vous devez patienter 30 minutes dans le hall nous allons mettre un appareil pour assainir l’air?!!
Finalement je demande le remboursement pour changer d’hôtel jugeant inadmissible la réponse.
Et miracle… le réceptionniste après avoir interrogé le responsable (qui n’est même pas venu nous expliquer quoi que ce soit ou s’excuser de la gêne) nous informe qu’une autre chambre (double cette fois ) nous est attribuée.
Nous sommes ravi avant de découvrir avec stupéfaction que cette champ est occupée par une personne qui dormait profondément !!!
Ça fait beaucoup !!
Bref à la fin nous avons eu une chambre 2 lits qui été très bien.
