Important information:

1. GROUP BOOKINGS – a deposit of $500 per apartment booked is required to confirm the booking. The Crest Apartments will contact you once the booking is received to organise this deposit. If the deposit is not received more than 60 days prior to arrival, the bookings will be cancelled by The Crest Apartments.

2. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted.

3. Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00 Saturday: 09:00–12:00 Sunday 10:00 – 12pm and public holidays: 10:00–12:00 or as signed. Our reception is NOT OPEN 24 hours – if you are arriving outside of reception hours, a late arrival will be processed for you. Please contact our reception prior to arriving. You will be asked to complete an online registration through a secure server and upload identification and payment authority. On arrival date, The Crest Apartments will leave a key in the after-hour safe and SMS the safe code.

4. The Crest Apartments has a strict “No Party Policy”. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given.

5. The Crest Apartments does not accept bookings for the annual “Schoolies” Festival held on the Gold Coast each November. Any bookings received for this period will be requested to confirm these details and may be cancelled if found to be “Schoolies”. We do not have the adequate resources nor security to accept these bookings.
6. The Crest is strictly NON SMOKING AND NON VAPING.

7. Housekeeping service is not offered daily. This can be made available at an extra charge and must be booked 24 hours in advance.

8. All apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Our holiday apartments are located throughout the building from level 1 to level 17. Some rooms may offer filtered ocean views or pool and garden views. Requests for higher floors and views are subject to availability at the time of allocation and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Unlimited WiFi is included in the room tariff.

10. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some units may be affected by noise and view disruptions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

Felt like a very budget experience, taking out the rubbish or being charged $50, only receiving one pack of dishwasher detergent for a 4 night stay, limited toilet paper, tea bags etc, pay to rent pool noodles. No salt, pepper or oil in the kitchen.

Loved it there and we will definitely visit again
Pros:

Love the location close to the spit and respectively to Sea World and its surrounding activities (such as Sea World Whale watching cruises). Has a decent tennis court and a nice indoor pool with a proper sauna. Just a stone throw from Tedder street with all the restaurants. The flat itself was quite nice and comfy though is not new.

Cons:

Frankly it is hard to mention something really. I'm not quite a fan of spring mattresses hence that might be the one thing. Another one maybe is that would be great to have some dishwashing liquid in the room since it is required to leave the kitchen clean but that largely solved by presence of the dishwasher.

Magnificent Main Beach
Pros:

Awesome location and the views were amazing.

Cons:

The bedding was unusual but chatting with the manager it appears the owners of the units are wanting the two sheets and then use a blanket or the heater process to stay.

Very good location, close to beach and nearby lots of cafes and restaurants for breakfast. Nice clean property. Great for families, with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the control panel to a/c didn't work and it was challenging heating the place. But that is apparently being fixed.
