This hotel is my go-to when I want to be in this area of NYC.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our trip and the staff were al very friendly and helpful. Plus they don’t charge to hold your luggage.

Cons:

No breakfast is provided but we knew that when we booked.

Nice staff but shame hotel is cramped and not very relaxing
Pros:

Great location and comparative for hotels in lower manhattan.

Cons:

Very noisy cooling units sit inside the room and the staff serviced it but they all have huge fans and compressors on the units that kick in every 15 mins throughout the night. Have to keep AC on as New York on summer is very warm!
