It was very comfortable and up to the old Hilton standards which I use as a compliment
Pros:

Excellent FIDI location for the NY Knicks "Canyon of hero's" championship parade. Excellent for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Governor's Island and the Seaport. Area is bustling during the day but nicely quiet at night but still with plenty of bars and restaurants and other late night shopping.

Cons:

Only 3 rather small elevators for the 44 story building. Could wait for an elevator for 15 minutes during check-in or check-out time.

The stay was generally OK but value for money is negative
Pros:

I liked the position, very close to metro station in a very nice area

Cons:

The hotel needs renewal either in the rooms or in common parts.
The breakfast is minimal.

Wir haben ein Zimmer von den höheren Etagen bekommen. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Uns hat das Zimmer sehr gefallen.
Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Leider hat man im Zimmer Teppichboden was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat.

Scam pricing not consistent with booking price.
Pros:

The hotel was fine but be careful, the price I was billed was much higher than the price I booked on booking.com.
