Pros:

櫃檯人員超親切，對待臺灣旅客很貼心。
地理位置超級棒。
房務人員也很親切，我們因家人住院在飯店住了10天，房務人員都能適時提供服務，房間始終保持整潔。
房型基本上是單人房，加大單人床，如果是兩個人入住，只能擠一下，感情好的話是完全沒問題😆

アクセス抜群。スタッフ対応良い
Pros:

スタッフが若く、ハキハキしていた。
また、大垣駅前、養老鉄道傍にあり、鉄道のアクセスがよい。大垣駅前も綺麗に整備されていて、大垣駅自体が交通の要所なのがまた、良い。

バスは使わず、10階の浴場を使った。

Cons:

朝食事が良くない。
宿泊料金少々あげてでも良いので、美味しいものにして欲しい。
泊まった部屋のライト調節のつまみが取れていて、調節が出来なかった。

便利！
Pros:

駅に近いのが最高。駅ロータリーの反対側には飛騨牛のお店、大垣名物の水饅頭の老舗和菓子店もあります！大垣城も15分くらい、夜の居酒屋も沢山あって楽しく過ごせました！

Cons:

線路側の部屋だったため、電車の通過する音が、少し耳障りです。東海道線もこの辺りは頻繁ではないのですが、貨物列車が夜通ります。

スタッフさんに感謝！
Pros:

当方のミスで誤って喫煙室を予約していることにチェックイン時に気づきましたが、すぐに禁煙室への変更に対応頂きました。空きがあったラッキーもありますが、臨機応変に対応頂いたスタッフさんには本当に感謝しかありません。

シャワーヘッドから出る水量に満足しました。

喫煙室を選んだので仕方がないが、フロア全体がたばこ臭かった。
紙たばこと電子タバコでにおいが違うので、もしできるならば電子タバコで分けて欲しい。
