Pros:

駅近で駅前施設まで徒歩3分！部屋は玄関から広々としていてまだ新しく綺麗でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスでトイレに入るたびカビ臭い？湿気臭い？のが気になりました。喫煙所があれば良かったです。

总体不错，以后还会选用。

滞在中、10年ぶりに連絡を取る鳥取大学の恩師や、以前勤務していた会社の社長へ電話をかける必要がありました。

客室の電話では外線が利用できず、自分の携帯電話も海外回線のため利用しづらかったことから、フロントに相談したところ、女性スタッフのお二人は事情をご理解くださり、快くフロントの電話を使わせてくださいました。

ところが、実際に利用する際にその場にいた男性スタッフの方からは許可をいただけず、「両替をして外の公衆電話を利用してください」と案内されました。事情をご説明しても柔軟な対応をしていただけなかったため、少々残念な気持ちになりました。

ホテルは旅行者にとって一時的な「我が家」のような存在でもあります。規則を守ることはもちろん大切ですが、状況に応じた柔軟で温かみのある対応があれば、より快適な滞在につながると思います。

今後のサービス向上のためのご参考としてお伝えいたします。

良かった
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で、思っていた以上に広かった。
自販機が近くにあった。

Cons:

部屋のテッシュが小さくて、少なかった。
朝食にアイスコーヒーとフルーツが欲しかった。
