Bon emplacement
Pros:

Établissement à proximité des transports et du stade de france le personnel étaient vraiment très gentils.

Cons:

Problème de clim il faisait très très chaud. On ne pouvait pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte donc très compliqué de se rafraîchir

Séjour malheureusement très très décevant.

Dès notre arrivée, la première impression a été mauvaise : la poubelle située devant l’hôtel était complètement pleine, les déchets débordaient et il y en avait partout par terre. Cela donnait immédiatement l’impression d’un manque d’entretien et de soin.

Concernant la chambre, plusieurs points ont posé problème : l’évacuation de la douche fonctionnait mal et l’eau avait du mal à s’écouler, ce qui n’était pas agréable. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le plus gênant reste la climatisation qui était en panne en pleine période de canicule, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement inconfortable.

Concernant les transports, l’hôtel se situe à environ 20 minutes à pied du RER. Il y a bien des bus à proximité, mais cela implique souvent de cumuler bus puis RER pour les déplacements, ce qui reste assez contraignant et peu pratique au quotidien.

C’est dommage car l’accumulation de tous ces points a clairement impacté notre séjour. J’espère sincèrement que ces remarques seront prises en compte afin d’améliorer l’accueil et le confort, et que les prochains clients pourront profiter d’une expérience plus agréable.

Hôtel pas trop cher ni trop loin du Stade de France, le personnel est sympathique

Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt einen (unüberwachten) Parkplatz im Hof. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war gut.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein für 3 Personen. Das dritte Bett war ein Ausklappsessel, der sehr unbequem war. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (nach Hinweis wurde zumindest das Bad geputzt). Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert (bei über 30°C Außentemperatur). Generell war es im Zimmer auch sehr laut (Lärm von außen). Der Aufzug hat häufig nicht richtig funktioniert.
Der Zimmerservice bestand aus Handtücher ins Zimmer werfen.
Das Hotel war anscheinend mal ein Ibis, das jetzt unter neuem Besitzer vollens runtergewirtschaftet wird. Generell ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Le parking attenant à l’hôtel

Cons:

Réserver une chambre pour 3 et se retrouver avec un lit de camp en 3eme lit. 2 serviettes de toilettes pour 3 personnes. Réservé pour une nuit en se disant que cool il y a un restaurant et arrivés sur place « non madame, pas de restaurant ». Pas même un distributeur de café. Quand tu recherches sur Google ça note « établissement définitivement fermé ». À la réception la réponse « avant c’était un Ibis » rien de +. Et d’ailleurs pas de fléchage ou d’enseigne sur l’hôtel. Bref ça va que c’était pour une nuit
