EL HOTEL EN SI ES MUY BONITO, Y COMODO, TIENE MUY BUENAS INSTALACIONES. MUY BUENA LA HABITACIÓN. ME GUSTO MUCHO EL DESAYUNO.

EL FRIGOBAR ESTABA VACÍO!!! FUI A PASAR SOLO UNA NOCHE Y PRETENDÍA TENER LA COMODIDAD DE CONSUMIR EN LA HABITACIÓN LO QUE QUISIERA...LAMENTABLEMENTE NO PUDE… SEGÚN ME COMNENTARON EN LA RECEPCIÓN, POR UNA “DECISIÓN POLÍTICA DEL HOTEL” EL FRIGOBAR ESTABA VACÍO. CREO QUE ES UNA INCONSISTENCIA QUE ME TERMINÓ PERJUDICANDO, YA QUE CUANDO RENTE LA HABITACIÓN ELEGÍ EL HOTEL QUE JUSTAMENTE TUVIERA ESTE Y OTROS SERVICIO QUE LO CARACTERÍZAN 4 ESTRELLAS , Y POR SUPUESTO QUE ENTIENDO ES UNO DE LOS SERVICIOS “FRIGOBAR” QUE LO DIFERENCIA DE OTROS DE MENOR CATEGORÍA. Excelente atención, buen desayuno quizás falta más complementar desayuno para diabéticos, y calentar más las comidas que están exigidas. Por los general muy buenos.

Cons:

Como dije más arriba, tener un lugar de desayuno para celiacos /diabeticos . Servir más caliente las comidas y la leche

Quarto confortável, mas não ao nível de um quase 5 estrelas

Cons:

Quarto sem secador e freezer vazio! Atendimento impessoal, sem “atmosfera” para o porte. Jantar no restaurante muito aquém do esperado, pessoal inexperiente, não serviu o minimamente esperado a sequência das etapas no jantar. A mesa ao lado suja e desarrumada. Solicitei gelo pro vinho (rolha) e limpeza da mesa, ambos não foram atendidos. Recepção tranquila e atendeu a altura. Não usarei mais a rede!
