Could use more more laundry facilities and machines that actually dried your clothes, as I did stay at another hotel in recent years there that did that

2.地點距離川崎站近，由羽田機場往返直達班次多(單程330日圓)，進東京也有京急接都營淺草線(單程到東銀座站500日圓)，十分方便。
3.絕對推薦:附近商場非常多到爆表，夜生活也頻繁，十分繁榮之地點。
4.首次看到此類型旅館自取備品種類豐富，入浴劑等十分充足。
當然住房價格越來越貴，但比羽田機場附近，性價比甚高。
I enjoyed the short walk from the station and the breakfast from the Excelsior Caffe. Being able to book this hotel with breakfast is such a deal. You get an entree, a small salad, a cup of soup, and a drink with your meal. At this time, we could choose extra thick toast, a tuna sandwich, a ham sandwich, or a croque monsieur. You can also get coffee, a caffe latte, orange juice, tea, or royal milk tea. The hot drinks are great, and the cold drinks are generous. The rooms are clean, and you can ask for towels to be replaced for two days in a row. The housekeeping staff will clean your room on the third day.
The microwaves and 4 laundry machines are in the same room on the fifth floor, so it can get a little crowded in that room if people are heating food and washing laundry at the same time. There are only four machines, so you need to be flexible when washing laundry.

La laverie est un peu trop petite pour couvrir tous les besoins de l'hôtel.
Would like to make comments of bathroom and safety issue for especially elderly adults, first:
1. Bathtub needs to create “nonslip” mechanism and or place non-slip Matt.
2. Handheld bars to stabilize themself in the bath tab and in dry area as well.
The double bed for couple:
1: the bed push against wall make person on the wall side have very difficult time to get up middle of night.
2. Need to change direction of the location of bed by both sides of bed can access to get in/and out of bed instead of crawling backward.
Use of Telephone for personal use:
It is amazing to find out guests that that phone calles even we offered to pay for the call. vare official purpose only. For foreigners with foreign telephone has very difficult to connect to airlines and even family members unless purchase sim card to allow local calls.
The property is managed well and good training of employees.
They are friendly
位置走路不到5分鐘就有許多餐廳，有些開24H,還有藥妝及唐吉柯德。工作人員非常親切，櫃檯甚至有語音麥克風對話翻譯，喜愛購物的人大廳有行李秤能使用，能免費寄放行李。
房間一個人獨旅很棒，但兩個人住可能大型行李比較難展開，但空間不會太狹窄。
