Bom atendimento na recepção. Excelente café da manhã. Boa localização também.

Cons:

O chuveiro do primeiro quarto que fomos direcionados estava com problemas no chuveiro. Aquecia demais.
Aí fomos encaminhados para o quarto ao lado e este estava com o vaso sanitário meio entupido, causando bastante desconforto tbm.

Ambiente aconchegante, ótima limpeza, muito conforto, funcionários incríveis.

Cons:

Único fator que não gostamos muito da acústica do quarto, pois conseguimos escutar ruídos dos vizinhos com facilidade.

Acomodação muito boa, os funcionários sempre disposto a ajudar ou informar e o melhor a conectividade com aeroporto.

Cons:

Cuando cheguei no aeroporto de Guarulhos a minha espera para pegar a van ate o hotel foi de quase 2 horas, eu via as outras Van de outros hotéis ir e voltar, os motoristas das outras Van me alentaban a esperar.
