Pros:

Very good space in the family room. 4 of us was perfect. Big balcony. Big bathroom. Loads of charging points.

The food was over priced. Balcony was very dusty and dirty.

La Spa l’ampiezza delle camere

Cons:

Arredi datati, segni di usura, cattivo odore proveniente dallo scarico doccia. Piscina esterna invasa da utenti “giornalieri” con frotte di bambini vocianti e chiassosi. Poiché erroneamente ho prenotato la camera senza colazione inclusa, ho dovuto pagare per due colazioni ben 30 euro! ingiustificate data la non eccelsa qualità e assortimento.

Excellent breakfasts, lots of baked goods, meat, bacon, fruit, champagne. There are many cafes, shops in the city center. Free parking. Not far from Etna.

Cons:

A swimming cap is required in the pool, which only opens at 9:30 a.m. The pool may close earlier due to hotel events. A lot of people from the viagrande come to the hotel pool.The hotel pool is very crowded. It's small, and the parking lot is full of people, making it difficult to find a spot. The reservation stated the room would have two beds, but it only had one. When I requested a second bed, I was asked to pay €30 for an extra bed per day. The shower in the room needs repair. Room service from the hotel restaurant costs €6.

Pros:

Gentilissimo il personale.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle dovrebbero sistemare un po' di cose.....tra cui rifare i bagni,,il piatto doccia troppo trascurato e dal controsoffitto della camera pur essendo categoria superior la mattina abbiamo trovato il pavimento bagnato ..... cadeva la condensa del climatizzatore...🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Restful hotel with good food and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and comfortable room made for an enjoyable stay at this tranquil hotel. Staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. Enjoyed the large indoor and outdoor pools and there are local communities within easy walking distance that are worth visiting for local bakeries, gelato and for an evening drink or meal.

Cons:

Reaching the hotel requires a taxi or your own car. Plan for a trip from the centre of Catania costing around 50 euros.

Było OK.
Pros:

Obiekt jest duży i przestronny z licznymi miejscami do wypoczynku. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. W obiekcie jest czysto, klimatyzacja działa bez problemów. Śniadania skromne.
