Room was very spacious and highl quality food found in buffet breakfast

Parking almost impossible to find and during the time we stayed at the hotel indoor pool and SPA were closed.

La parte esterna e la piscina.

Cons:

Camera 131. Macchie evidenti sui comodini, bordo doccia con silicone con macchie di muffa, la doccia pulita scarsamente, Asciuga capelli rotto, sedia nella stanza riparata con una staffa di metallo, televisore che non prendeva i canali. Diciamo bella struttura ma la camera aveva molte inefficienze. Insomma non ci riandrei. Le stelle non son appropriate. L' Apparenza non ha sostanza. Forse le stanze riservate a booking sono meno curate.

Hotel deludente nel rapporto qualità prezzo per la sua categoria
Pros:

Gentilezza di tutto il personale

Cons:

- Climatizzazione non regolabile in camera e fissata a 24 gradi. Poichè la camera dava su un cortile di passaggio era impossibile spegnere la climatizzazione e aprire la finestra.
- Piscina aperta al pubblico esterno e quindi superaffollata di bambini e adulti, a discapito dei clienti dell'hotel
- prezzo della camera maggiorato per la notte del 14 agosto

Lovely, well appointed accommodation with a great pool and excellent pool bar

The outdoor pool was great and the staff really friendly and helpful

Cons:

There seems to be lots of extra charges: breakfast is extra and there cover charges every meal. It all adds up making the hotel less value for money than it initially looks

Magnifique vue sur l'Etna de notre chambre, mais piscine qui ferme trop tôt
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse sur 2 niveaux : petit salon et sdb (au rdc) et chambre (à l'étage).
Notre terrasse donnait sur l'Etna, ce qui nous a permis de voir la coulée de lave lors de son irruption.
Le petit déjeuner est continental. Il y a beaucoup de choix : charcuterie, viennoiseries, laitages, fruits...

Cons:

Le Wifi était inconstant. Très difficile de travailler avec une connexion qui saute)
La piscine ferme trop tôt (18h00). Comme nous visitons pendant la journée, nous n'avons jamais pu profiter de celle-ci pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour.
La clim de la chambre est bruyante.
