Wir haben fünf Nächte im Apartment verbracht und sind leider sehr enttäuscht.
Obwohl wir bereits um 12:00 Uhr im Hotel waren, war unser Apartment noch nicht vorbereitet. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage konnten wir erst um 15:20 Uhr einchecken.

Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es keine Zimmerreinigung. Es wurden weder frische Badetücher noch Toilettenpapier bereitgestellt. Das Toilettenpapier mussten wir selbst kaufen und den Abfall selbst entsorgen. Für einen Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten ist das aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel.

Ein Late Check-out war ebenfalls nicht möglich – nicht einmal gegen Aufpreis.

Wir hatten Apartment 105. Dieses war kleiner als Apartment 107 und verfügte zudem über keinen Balkon, während andere Apartments (z. B. 205) einen Balkon haben.

Für einen Preis von rund CHF 1'300.– erwarten wir deutlich mehr Service und eine bessere Organisation. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Wir würden dieses Hotel bzw. Apartment leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w Nicei i innych miasteczkach Lazurowego Wybrzeża.
Pros:

Wyposażenie kuchni, ponieważ nie miałam wykupionych śniadan. Ogólny wystrój, lokalizacja hotelu ok. Całodobowa recepcja.

Cons:

Brak suszarki na ubrania. Jak ma się mokre ręczniki, to jest problem z ich wysuszeniem. Pokój nie był sprzątany w ramach ceny.

Emplacement pratique, proche du port et d’un quartier animé.
Pros:

Emplacement correct, piscine agréable et surtout très bon accueil et disponibilité du personnel toujours disponible pour vous guider et aider (comme vous prêter un parasols ⛱️)

Tolle Lage, schlechte Ausstattung, AC mit Feuchtigkeit, unhöfliche Mitarbeiter
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Carrefour und Decathlon direkt an der Straße gegenüber. Limeräder direkt gegenüber, das macht den Urlaub in Nizza sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Leider ist die AC mit viel Feuchtigkeit. Handtücher waren am 2 Tag immer noch nass (im Hochsommer). Ein Wäscheständer haben wir erst nach Nachfragen am 3. Tag bekommen. Die Handtücher rochen nach Schimmel. Wir durften dann neue haben für 10€. Interessantes Geschäftsmodell. Ein Zimmer für vier hatte drei Gläser (eins davon kaputt) und zwei Frühstücksteller. An der Rezeption hat man mir genau ein anderes Glas gegeben (damit hatten wir drei verschiedene Gläser) und ein Suppenteller, den ich als Frühstücksteller nutzen sollte. Ganz ehrlich, bitte habt passendes Geschirr in einem Hotel. Bettlaken waren rechts und links 8 cm überstehend, damit konnte man es nicht an beiden Seiten unter die Matratze stecken. Hat beim Schlafen mächtig gestört. Einfach ein etwas größeres Laken wenn man zwei Matratzen damit beziehen möchte. Die Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat auch einen eigenen Charme. Nein Danke, es gibt noch andere Hotels.

Niby ok, ale trochę brakow
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja ,blisko pociagu . Na dole dystrybutor z wodą. Basen na popołudniowa kąpiel- szkoda ,ze tylko do 20,bo zazwyczaj wracaliśmy późno do hotelu .

Cons:

Brak serwisu , byliśmy 4 noce ,pełen kosz na śmieci, brak papieru toaletowego ( trzeba bylo szukać Pani z obsługi) , ręczniki tez nie wymieniane ( chyba, ze zapłacisz dodatkowo)). Byliśmy w 4 osoby, potrzebowaliśmy 3 łóżek. W jednym pokoju mieliśmy rozkładana sofę, w drugim 2 połączone łóżka- rozsunelismy je ,ale ...okazało się ,ze jwst tam 1 wspólne prześcieradło i jedna wspólna kołdra, więc skoro zgłaszamy na Booking chęć posiadania 3 łóżek to i 3 par pościeli.
Jeszcze mieliśmy problem z klimatyzacją- nie dało rady jej zmniejszyć, wiało mocno. Albo wyłączona albo zimno.
