Attentive staff, free breakfast, and great old town central location.
Pros:

Marley at the front desk is an absolute joy! You can tell someone loves their job making guests happy when you catch her smiling even when she doesn’t know someone is watching. The location is a 10 minute stroll to the Coliseum and just minutes from great restaurants and boutiques. The air conditioning worked well once the room card was activated in the room.

Cons:

Very small European style rooms.

Pros:

Amazing location, clean hotel, and super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a nice base in Rome as you explore the city :) The breakfast in the morning is great for fueling for the day and the room was always cleaned when we returned.

Cons:

The showers are pretty tiny! Water is fine it's just a bit small.

Un grand MERCI à Marlène et Alan pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur aide et leur bonne humeur quotidienne! Tout le personnel cherchait à rendre notre séjour agréable! L’accompagnement rassurante pour mes allergies au déjeuner était très apprécié! J’ai eu accès à de la glace pour l’enflure de mes pieds! La chambre dans le bâtiment séparée était grande, propre avec une belle salle de bain! Les 3 portes barrées étaient sécuritaires! La climatisation était grandement appréciée par cette chaleur! La literie était confortable! Je suis très heureuse de mon expérience dans cet hôtel! Nous étions situées sur une rue devant le Colisée! C’était ainsi facile de se rendre aux divers endroits touristiques en marchant! Je le recommande sans hésiter! 😊

Cons:

Le point qui pourrait améliorer l’environnement serait de rafraîchir la peinture du corridor menant à la chambre! Le bâtiment est très vieux et c’est moins bucolique! De ce côté, nous savions qu’il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur! Il est donc important de ne pas avoir de grosses valises! Il y a quand même 2 gros escaliers à monter et avec notre valise carry on, ça prend une
bonne forme physique pour tout monter!
Ce sont des petits détails qui ne nous ont pas empêché d’avoir une superbe expérience! 😎

Posizione perfetta e buona esperienza di check in. Letti comodi e pulizia ottima.

Cons:

Le stanze sono molto piccole, il bagno idem. Sicuramente non è un albergo da 9/10.
Anche la colazione inclusa è ok, ma non assolutamente sorprendente. Ci sono tanti aspetti su cui si può migliorare
