Pros:

Good location and helpful staff. Although it wasn't in the main town, but just a 12 minute TukTuk ride.

Cons:

The listing said the rooms had A/C. None of the rooms have A/C. But at least it rained and cooled off, plus they brought me a fan and I was able to sleep comfortably. I appreciated the fan!

Hermosa la ubicación muelle, tiendas, restaurantes y comida cerca. Las piscinas inmejorables, la piscina de agua térmica fue un plus y más para los turistas que llegamos de escalar volcanes.

Hotel rústico lindo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Es un hotel rústico con personal muy amable. El desayuno es básico, pero sabroso y suficiente para satisfacer las demandas alimenticias de la mañana. Muy cerca del hotel es fácil tomar transporte terrestre a Panajachel o marítimo a los pueblos costeros aledaños. Las vistas al lago y los volcanes son espectaculares.

Cons:

No nos gustó que las habitaciones no tengan aire acondicionado, pues es necesario por el calor de la zona. Sin embargo, fueron muy serviciales al facilitarnos un ventilador. Gracias a eso no sufrimos incomodidades con la temperatura al dormir.

Instalaciones y servicios de un hotel con más categoría, con personal muy atento y restaurante en el que vale la pena cenar diariamente. El q esté retirado del pueblo, no es impedimento para trasladarse bien con tu vehículo propio o con el servicio que te facilita el hotel.
