Muy buena la ubicacion del hotel. el desayuno muy buenos como la atencion en el restaurante. me hice un masaje en el spa pero las masajistas de muy buena actitud pero un poco inexpertas. la limpieza del dia a dia si era muy basica, no cambiaban las toallas de rutina y no cambiaban las tazas del cafe a no ser que lo pidieramos.

Todo super exquisito el personal de todo el hotel muy amables muy dispuestos
Solo tengo una sugerencia, en los baños poner una alfombra o cubierta antideslizante el piso se resbala mucho

Hay que mejorar los balos de las habitaciones todo le suena
muy buen desayuno con una vista estupenda,limpio ,muy bien ubicado en el Poblado
podria tener un buen bar en el primer piso y un mejor lobby
