Important information:

If you reserve parking at the apartments, a deposit of €20 is required for the parking remote control. This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

The hotel rooftop will be accessible throughout the season, but the Skybar and jacuzzis will be operational from 15th June until September 15th.

ARRIVAL: Tourist taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount 0,66€ per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Important: Is not allowed to exceed the room’s maximum capacity. Babies makes part of the total capacity. (Except for double room)

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (Maximum 2 pets per room).

OTHER: When booking full board and half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Genial
Pros:

Fue todo genial. Sobre todo el ambiente adulto y juvenil. El desayuno muy variado y nada que envidiar a otros hoteles de más estrellas. La ubicación excelente. La verdad que no tengo ni un pero. Para repetir !

Très bien placé. Hôtel propre. Le petit déjeuner est super est le personnel de la salle sont aimables

Un séjour satisfaisant avec quelques points à améliorer.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à Salou, à proximité de plusieurs plages.

Cons:

La chambre était très mal insonorisée. Nous entendions les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la même pièce que nous, ainsi que les personnes qui passaient dans le couloir. Les nuisances sonores nous ont réveillés à plusieurs reprises pendant la nuit, ce qui a nui à la qualité de notre séjour.

Cons:

Le bruit impolitesse et mauvaise tenue vestimentaire de certains employés à la réception. Odeur de canalisation dans la chambre. Mauvaise tenue des couloirs. Fuite d'eau des climatisations dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Aucun geste commercial par rapport au fait que nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour car impossible de dormir à cause du bruit des voisins de chambre.
