Zentrales Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Die Eindrücke meiner Familienmitglieder waren unterschiedlich. Ich hatte 2 Einzelzimmer und 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Meine Frau und ich, mein Sohn und meine Tochter waren durchaus mit dem Zimmer zufrieden, mein anderer Sohn mit seiner Ehefrau im Doppelzimmer waren aber so unzufrieden, dass sie noch in der Nacht wieder abreisten. Sie bemängelten die Sauberkeit und Hygiene sowohl im Bezug aufs Betten als auch allgemeine Sauberkeit. Die Beiden versuchen nun, mit dem Hotel einen Schadenersatz zu verhandeln. Von dort dort hat man man ihnen zumindest zugesagt, den Betrag für das Frühstück zu erstatten. Noch zum Frühstück: Es war lecker, ausreichend und reichlich zum Preis von 15 Euro/Person. Das Hotel liegt an einem Bezahlparkplatz für 12 Euro/Tag und sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum und der Seilbahn. Ich persönlich finde das Gesamtangebot dieses Hotels für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage optimal.

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht, die allesamt sehr staubig waren. In einem „Nichtraucherzimmer“ roch es stark nach Rauch.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers great value for money. The location is very central, making it easy to reach the main attractions.
It was also very convenient that we could buy cable car and boat tickets directly at the hotel, even at discounted prices. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The soundproofing could be a little better, as I could occasionally hear some noise from the hallway. However, overall I had a very pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the hotel.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, mit den kleinen Einschränkungen kann man leben.
Pros:

Lage: Perfekt, direkt an der Altstadt. Fußläufig erreichbar.
Frühstück: Guter Standard, frisches Obst, süß und herzhafter Beleg, Müsli.
Zimmer: Sehr klein, aber funktional.

Cons:

Nur Strassenparkplätze kein hoteleigener Parkplatz.
Kapselmaschine zum Frühstück und Filterkaffee, kein Vollautomat.

Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber nichts besonderes

Etwas in die Jahren gekommen. Das Frühstück ist nicht abwechslungsreich . Die Lage ist gut.
