Sehr schönes Strandhotel in einzigartiger Lage zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wunderbar gelegen mit direktem Strandzugang. Äußerst freundliches, hilfsbereites und motiviertes Personal in sämtlichen Bereichen (Rezeption, Frühstück, Abendessen, Zimmerservice, Pool). Mit jedem Mitarbeiter kann man sich in Englisch verständigen, was im Mittelmeerbereich (Spanien, Italien, Frankreich) sonst nicht der Fall ist. Äußerst gepflegte, saubere Anlage in hervorragendem Zustand. Jeder Bereich wird täglich geputzt und instand gehalten incl. aller Außenbereiche (incl. Pool, Glasflächen, Geländer, etc.). Große, sehr schön gestaltete, neuwertige Zimmer, die meisten mit privatem Balkon und schönem Meerblick. Sehr angenehm, dass auch 2 Betten angeboten werden, statt die im Mittelmeerraum üblichen schmalen Queen-Doppelbetten. Sehr hoher Schlafkomfort, sehr bequeme Matratzen. Sehr praktische Zimmeraufteilung (u.a. Bad und WC in 2 Räumen). Prima Dusche und Handtuchwärmer. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln sowie kostenloser Wasserspender auf dem Gang sind ein toller Service und praktisch. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet (u.a. frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Lachs, Obstsalat) und kann auch auf der wunderschönen Außenterrasse eingenommen werden. (Limitierte) Parkplätze ohne Gebühr vorhanden.

Cons:

Es gab nichts. Aus unserer Sicht ist das Preisniveau für die Zimmer an der absoluten Obergrenze, jedoch durch das 4-Sterne-Superior-Niveau des Hotels, dessen einmalige Lage und die sehr guten Mitarbeiter final aber noch gerechtfertigt.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war in der Übergangszeit Mai etwas zu wenig kühlend bzw die Bettdecken zu warm.

Pros:

Das Hotel wirkte insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war aber alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut.

Un hôtel thalasso exceptionnel que nous recommandons à tous nos amis. Habitués des lieux, nous y séjournons plusieurs fois par an pour une parenthèse enchantée où le temps est comme suspendu.

5ème et dernier séjour dans cet établissement
Cons:

Le bruit du camping à proximité (musique jusqu'à minuit).Bruit incessant des voitures qui circulent sur la route .
La réponse lunaire de la personne à l'accueil, lorsque nous lui avons fait part de ces problèmes :" si vous voulez moins de bruit , il faut réserver en octobre ou en janvier " .
Une réponse est difficilement compatible avec les exigences attendues d'un établissement de cette catégorie, où le repos et le confort acoustique devrait être assuré au vue du tarif de pratiquement 300€
Aucun geste commercial , aucune empathie ou compréhension de la part de la réceptionniste du check out.
