Location okay but the rest no good
Pros:

Only positive was the location. And even then there were better options

Cons:

Rooms are so far beyond dated, our room stunk, toilet refilled due the night, the bed was so squeaky and every move felt unstable. We could hear neighbours on down the hall, the aircon outdoor unit was noisy, bathroom silicon was mouldy and you could tell multiple attempts had been made to repair the shower area. Lift was barely passable for the whole building and reception was not open until 10pm as this site suggested.

I thought I booked a studio room where I could lie in bed and watch tv, but I had an apartment and the couch to watch the tv was so ridiculously small and uncomfortable.

Enjoyable stay, relaxed and quiet.
Pros:

Good location, quiet away from main street, lovely surrounding trees and homes. Room was very comfortable and provided enough space. Bed was comfy and staff attended to extra pillows and blanket.

Hot water tank is limited, but refilled and heated quickly.
