Would stay there again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Close to trams, buses and could walk safely. Clean and comfortable. No noise. Great parking. Had everything I needed for comfort.

Stay was great, perfect location, easy access to tram, shops etc.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit was only in the living room and it was very cold throughout the bedrooms. Also the AC unit is pretty old and did not have enough warmth for winters. Please install AC units for bedrooms especially when we get two bedroom apartments.

Location, reasonably well equipped, excellent TV with streaming capability and WiFi was good too.

Cons:

A couple problems. The access fob failed to connect on 2 occasions which stranded us outside once and at the vehicle gate once. Quite inconvenient but sorted eventually. Also, I specifically asked if the room would be serviced during our stay and this was confirmed. But on the Saturday, apparently there were staff shortages so our room wasn’t cleaned. And neither on Sunday and when I inquired, I was told Sunday was not a regular cleaning day. Hmmm…why didn’t they tell me that when I first asked about it? When I brought these issues to the attention of the reception on duty, she said her manager would be advised and I would be contacted today to discuss a discount for the misleading information and inconvenience. Nothing heard so far - maybe there should be some discretionary authority to resolve issues like this when they arise.

Good location, noise travels into room from other rooms

Cons:

Unfortunately our room wasn't ready at check in. Had to wait, but we went to the pub for lunch so ok. Noise from above room and nextdoor.

Would definitely book there again if any events come up over that side of Melbourne

Everything was spot on

Cons:

Parking was a little on the high price range for the night,especially when booking 3 apartments so only paid for 2 parking spots on the premises,was fortunate to get free parking across the road from the premises

The location was close to a venue we had to attend

Cons:

The smell in the corridor going to our room and the dirt, dust and old sock behind the washing machine in our room. Our shower needed an upgrade as the door is a little snug for bigger people.

No body their at reception when arrived. Was a little frazzled as got lost in Melbourne Traffic. Just wanted a smooth checkin. But the gentleman when arrived was lovely helped me & reassured me explained everything very well.
