مساحة الغرف واسعه والاطلاله جيده
ان الغرفه التي تم اعطائنا إياها لايوجد فيها نت وعندما تحدثنا إلى الاستقبال حاول حل المشكله ولكن دون جدوى طلبنا تغير الغرفه ايضاً واجهنا نفس المشكله نزلنا اليهم لشرح المشكله وحاولوا الاتصال بالمدير ولم يرد واتصلوا بمن ينوب عنه ولم يرد ايضاً لقد كنا متعبين اقترحت علينا موظفة الاستقبال الانتظار في المطعم مع طلب مشروبين لحل المشكله ولكن لم يعوضونا عن الوقت الضائع عند تسجيل الخروج (كان بإمكانهم ذلك ) واخيراً بعد وقت وجهد غيروا لنا الغرفه و تأكدوا من ان النت يعمل
عليكم ان تراعوا وقت النزلاء وشكرا

De kamer was prima, van incheck tot uitcheck duidelijke communicatie, de kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt was prima, alles was aanwezig voor alle gasten.
Wij hebben in het restaurant gegeten van het hotel, het eten was prima maar de wachttijd was vreselijk. Wij hebben aangegeven op tijd te moeten vertrekken voor een concert in de buurt, wij hebben hier anderhalf uur gezeten waarvan we de laatste 10 minuten pas het hoofdgerecht kregen, snel naar binnen schuiven en weg. Dit terwijl we daarvoor heel lang hebben moeten wachten. Dit kan beter.

Geweldige badkamer, suite mooi in stijl en sfeervol ingericht. Mooi hotel in z’n algemeen.
Ideaal om vanaf hier met de trein naar hartje centrum Arnhem.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Een veel te dure kamer m.b.t. de geboden faciliteiten. Ontzettend warm gedurende de dag en nacht. Tot een jaar geleden zat er in het hotel een goed steakrestaurant. Helaas is dit er ook niet meer.
