Teleurstellende ervaring, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Cons:

Echt geen 4 sterren. Verouderd, niet van deze tijd. Te basale kamer, kapotte losse airco’s met veel lawaai. Ontbijt in een donker hol. Personeel doet zijn best maar niet hospitality geschoold . Slecht onderhouden terrein.

Amazing room with great bath.
Pros:

I booked one of the spa suites and it was great! The room was in great shape and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa bath. The mini bar had drinks and they were included. Overall very happy.

Cons:

Sadly there was no room service available. The view from the windows is non existent.

Near train and bus station. Room was cool.at night even on hot days.

Cons:

Locked luggage storage closet had individual lockers, but the keys had all been removed. I prefer a hard floor rather than carpet.

Kamer inclusief badkamer sterk gedateerd, airco defect ( er stond wel een verrijdbare airco ( nood oplossing ivm hoge temperatuur.), geen aangename lucht op onze verdieping (2e verdieping),, ontbijt slecht verzorgd zeker voor de prijs dat je extra moet betalen voor het ontbijt (zelfs de borden en bestek waren niet schoon), er zat nog etensresten resten op!

We hebben ons vermaakt maar voor het geld wat we hebben uitgegeven had ik beter ergens anders kunnn zitten.

De aankleding was goed en zoals verwacht na het zien van de foto’s.
Vriendelijk ontvangen.

Cons:

Prijs vs kwaliteit is echt niet goed…
Inclusief late check-out en ontbijt hebben we ruim 400 euro betaald maar achteraf was dit het geld echt niet waard.

Ja de kamer is precies zoals vermeld maar achterhaald want dit kan beter…luxe is het zeker niet.
Het is een detail maar bijvoorbeeld een badjes of slippers in een luxe suite is echt wel een een standaard ding toch.

Overigens was de kamer niet goed schoon (er lagen nog scheermesjes in de douche van de vorige gasten).

Perfecte ligging voor een concert in Gelredome
Pros:

De ligging van de accommodatie is top! Wij sliepen er i.v.m. het Bad Bunny concert in de Gelredome en het was 5 min lopen naar het station en ik denk 15 min met de trein. Ideaal! Ook lagen de bedden echt prima.

Cons:

Entree van het hotel en de faciliteiten beneden zien er top uit! Helaas was de kamer wel wat gedateerd. Wij hadden om een mobiele airco gevraagd en die stond klaar én aan in de kamer. Alleen viel deze van ellendigheid uit elkaar. We hebben hem gelukkig zelf wel weer gemonteerd gekregen, maar dat is natuurlijk eigenlijk niet de bedoeling. De badkamer en de kamer zelf zijn wel echt verouderd. Lees: geel licht in de badkamer. Maar voor een nachtje concert was het een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Ik zou er alleen niet meerdere dagen willen verblijven.

Oncomfortabel vanwege de hitte
Pros:

Kamer was schoon , ontbijt was prima.

Geen airco en geen mobiele airco
Bij het inchecken in het hotel ben ik niet naar een kamer gestuurd met airco terwijl het 30 plus graden was.
We moesten een uur wachten op contact met de receptie en na lang wachten mochten we naar een andere kamer. De centrale airco is sinds 2018 stuk hoorde we, een groot apparaat met een slang uit het raam moest de kamer verkoelen. Het geluid was zo hard dat we hier niet van konden slapen. Het alternatief was dus slapen in de hitte . Heel slecht geslapen. !
