Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed reports: several guests praised cleanliness and fresh rooms, but there are also mentions of humidity stains and at least one report of cockroaches, so cleanliness is slightly below average.
Service
8.8
Consistently positive comments about staff being friendly, welcoming and helpful (specific praise for reception staff), supporting an above-average service score.
Location
9.6
Extremely strong: repeatedly described as central, excellent, next to the Croisette/old port and ideal for sightseeing — the most commonly praised feature.
Room Quality
5.6
Many complaints about very small rooms and bathrooms, tiny beds/limited space to open luggage, and a cramped single-person elevator — room quality is a clear negative.
Amenities
5.6
Several guests note missing amenities (no mini-fridge, no kettle, no iron), small rubbish bins and occasional broken AC; amenities are noticeably lacking for the expected tier.
Value for Money
7
Mixed perceptions: location and service add perceived value, but small rooms and missing amenities reduce it, resulting in a near-target score.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Very little feedback overall; one explicit complaint about breakfast, otherwise few mentions — modestly below average.
Overall Experience
9.3
Despite room and amenities shortcomings, many guests report excellent stays driven by location, cleanliness for many rooms, and welcoming staff; overall sentiment is positive.
