The location. Lovely to walk out to marshes. Good bedroom. Nice dining room and garden areas.

Cons:

Slow welcome in reception. Shown to wrong room. 2 steep flights of stairs. No tea/coffee making facilities, no bottled water, no full shower. Ordinary menu.

The room was a bit tired and the front of house came across as pretty grumpy. Which is a shame as it would put us off returning.
