Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff
Pros:

Our stay was short, but truly wonderful! We had absolutely nothing to dislike. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located on one of the most popular and vibrant streets in Belgrade, so some noise can be expected — but we knew exactly where we were staying and it didn’t bother us at all.

The location, atmosphere, and overall experience were great, but I would especially like to praise Marija from the reception desk. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Marija!

Basic stay in a great location.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of downtown while remaining quiet. Comfortable and clean mattress.

Cons:

The property needs renovation. Furniture is quite used, the carpet is pretty dirty, and the entire building is of poor quality.

In de badkamer mag er grondiger gepoetst worden. Schimmel in douche en achter de lavabo. Druktoetsen van het toilet niet proper.

Staff is friendly and helpful, location is excellent. Even though it's on a very crowded street, rooms are really quiet.

Th hotel isn’t worth the money
Pros:

Location right in the city center, good breakfasts

Cons:

- Small rooms
- Instead of a proper double bed — two beds pushed together
- No universal sockets
- No bathrobes, slippers available on request only
- Minimal toiletries
- Room wasn’t cleaned despite the “Please make up my room” sign

Keep in mind the hotel is a pedestrian area, access only by foot.

Pros:

The hotel was located very central with easy access to sights.

Cons:

The hotel was located literally on the Main Street of Belgrade and unfortunately in my case this also meant a relatively noisy room.
I would have loved meeting more English speaking staff.
