Could be better if they improve the service
Pros:

Location is good if you like to be near the shopping street of Knez Mihajlova

Cons:

Expensive for what it offers, Breakfast is not worth it especially they don’t let you take one croissant with you out or one coffee take away! Reception is poor, room is boring. I am staying in belgrade at least 30 separate days every year and i know most of the hotels here, this one is not worth the price we are paying.

Almost perfect :) would come back
Pros:

Clean and comfy. Great location. Quiet. Slept very well.

Cons:

Hand wash wasn't there. There were only bottles of like bodywash which they refill. I would aprechiate mini products by person. Also, I would aprechiate botteled water, not the one hotel staff sips in. Coffe maker water pot needs to be cleaned.

Cons:

Pour régler la température de la climatisation, faut passer par la réception. Un détail, pas trop grave.

Lokacija odlicna. I to je sve.

Cons:

Nemogucnost dolaska autom blize zbog stvari, a u tom slucaju ni ponuda od zaposlenih da pomognu sa prtljagom. Neadekvatna komunikacija zaposlenih medju sobom. Naglaseno je da se stranom gostu, kao nasem gostu, nista ne naplati, a opet je neka taksa naplacena. Naglaseno je vise puta. Istom stranom gostu je nestalo tople vode uvece za tusiranje, sto takodje nije u redu. Potrebno ulaganje u izgled soba. Ne verujem da cemo opet boraviti ovde.

orta iyi derecede bir konaklama oldu.
Pros:

Konum güzeldi. odalar temizdi.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda kaynamış yumurta yoktu. İstediğimizde buz gibi kaymış yumurta getirdiler. Odada Terlik, Diş macunu ve fırçası yoktu. Kulak ve göz temizliği için ince peçete yoktu.

Staff is the backbone of hospitality
Pros:

The location is as central as it can get, we had a quiet and peaceful couple of nights but the real highlight is the staff reception. We have to mention and commend Anna and Maria from reception for their genuine enthusiasm, helpfulness, kindness and care

Cons:

The general cleaning could have been a bit better, one of the bath towels had grey smudges on it

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt in einer, tagsüber, sehr belebten Einkaufsstraße. Trotzdem war es nachts sehr ruhig. Der Platz der Republik ist gleich um die Ecke, von da aus kann man den Bus nehmen und in andere Stadtteile zu besichtigen.
Man bekommt jeden Tag frisches Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt.
