Friendly staff, but unfortunately the hotel was uncomfortable and not enjoyable.
Cons:

The staff were friendly and polite, which was the only positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant smell and was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning. There was also no kettle, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel felt quite dated and, to be honest, had a rather creepy atmosphere. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais propre, et bien tenu par des hôteliers prévenants. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation

Très mauvaise expérience
Pros:

Uniquement le parking

Cons:

On nous a attribué une chambre étouffante. La seule possibilité pour dormir a été d’ouvrir fenêtre et volets toute la nuit. Avec le bruit et la lumière nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.
De plus les lits sont durs et l’hôtel est loin de Santander (15 minutes en voiture).

Pros:

El edificio el entorno son muy bonitos, pero quizá la decoración sea un poco antigua.
El personal muy amable.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador en la habitación y si abres las ventanas es muy probable que entren mosquitos al tener el jardín.
