Location of the Property was good. However view from the room was not that good. And the Breakfast was also Nice (kitchen staff actually put some efforts).
We felt the room was small for a double bed room.

This hotel is really nice and the staff is also amazing (especially Nancy and David), but everyone was so kind to us and helpful, would recommed to everyone, when we will be back at Eastbourne, we will stay at this hotel:)

Excellent room with great views
a lift. We had room 16 on the third floor with interminable stairs and fire doors. At 82 years my Wife and I were knackered carrying luggage up and down.
The room was beautiful - gorgeous decor, clean and a stunning sea view.
The parking permit offered by the hotel was great, however it would have been helpful if the receptionist had explained how long it was valid for (not 24 hours from arrival) as I didn’t read the small print on the back and ended up getting a parking ticket.

Sehr gute Lage in Eastbourne. Alles ist modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Das Hotelpersonal war immer total freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Für unseren dreitägigen Aufenthalt, war es optimal. Wir hatten ausreichend grosses Zimmer mit Dusche/WC. Im Zimmer gab es eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und kostenloses Wasser. Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof hin, sodass es sich nicht aufheizen konnte und wir auch keinen Strassenlärm hatten.
Am Nachmittag war es schwierig einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zu finden.
Such a fantastic hotel, lovely location on the seafront and just a short walk from everything. The interiors are lovely and modern and the staff were fab. We booked last minute and could not have been happier with our stay.

Brilliant location and our studio room with a view was gorgeous.
I felt that the front of the hotel - plants and glass etc could have been better maintained and more inviting.
Also the reception area was a bit stuffy and didn't smell that fresh in the am.
