Good value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room (with AC) for the price point. Decent breakfast options and the staff were friendly. Only 30 minutes from both Cardiff and Bristol.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a window that could be opened in the room, and the hot chocolate from the machine at breakfast could have been more chocolatey.

Favourite hotel
Pros:

Excellent location for a hotel. Great rooms. All staff are excellent but Chelsea always provides phenomenal service.

Great value and very comfortable.
Pros:

The room was great and the bed was really comfortable.
The member of staff who greeted us (late at night) was chatty and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast the next day was fine, but not really a ten score. There were bits that were empty.

Pros:

Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Tried their best to resolve an issue with the booked room.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room was faulty in the middle of a heatwave so room was unusable. Hotel was full with no other rooms available. Staff tried very hard to resolve but it proved to be impossible and we had to make alternative arrangement.
Reception Staff confirmed there and then by email that a refund was due but the Hotel management have dragged their feet over providing this. Disappointing.

Clean, comfortable with excellent staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast service was equally good, and the team working that were very accomodating.

Cons:

Not much - the door separating the toilet facilities from the main room was too heavy for the runners it was on making it difficult to move, but other than that it's an excellent hotel.

Lovely and refreshing
Pros:

Comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, great location, air conditioned room on arrival

Cons:

Very little if anything at all, only dislikes would be minor nitpicks

The room was good the reception staff were helpful but your breakfast let you down.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was not worth the money this time and it was the worst breakfast.

Cons:

The breakfast was shocking, there was not alot of breakfast there etc, eggs, bacon was burnt, not alot of bread i felt it was the food you just wanted to get rid off, also the staff were not very helpful. Not worth the money will rethink this for when I stay next time. I have stayed before and the breakfast was ok. But this time the worst breakfast.

Clean modern hotel in convenient location with free Parking
Pros:

Great value for money

Cons:

Waste water in the shower very slow to drain me you have to have a quick shower otherwise you will flood the bathroom
