Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede en schone kamer (raam kan open wat pluspunt is). Goede fietsen om te huren.

Eine Top Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Friedrichstadt - Palast
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Top Frühstück. 1a Klimaanlage. Bar bis 00.00 Uhr geöffnet

Cons:

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu meckern gibt….. die Beleuchtung im Bad. Leider etwas dunkel.

Super und entgegenkommend.
Pros:

Ich bin schon kritisch bei Hotels, aber dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt, fast sogar übertroffen.
Gefallen hat mir, dass wir unsere Koffer ohne Gebür vor Check-In abstellen durften, aus Kulanz früher einchecken konnten und NACH Check-Out unsere Koffer kostenfrei in der Unterkunft stehen lassen konnten. Ich hatte Halsschmerzen und habe von der Bar noch abends nach Barschluss einen Tee bekommen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Minibar 2-3 Getränken befüllt, zudem gibt es mal ein schönes Badezimmer.
Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind hoch, man konnte ohne Karte nicht einmal den Fahrstuhl nutzen oder über die Treppe die Tür öffnen.
Der Check-In ging schnell von statten und die Lounge ist super geräumig und hat eine Menge Gesellschaftsspiele sowie kostenloses Billiard.
Gerne möchte ich auch noch das Personal loben, alle super nett und professionell!
Zuletzt, die Lage ist TOP! Vom HBF zwei Haltestellen entfernt.
