Velmi příjemný hotel, skvělé výhody v ceně, vrátím se znovu ráda.
Pros:

Skvělé snídaně a sauna v ceně ubytování. Pokoje byly tiché a postele velmi pohodlné.

Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotelzimmer war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Es wurde dann alles gedacht. Unser Hund wurde wie eine Prinzessin empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Kaffee hat mir nicht so gut geschmeckt aber war noch ok.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Schönes modern eingerichtetes und funktionales Zimmer. Tolles Gym und Sauna mit kleiner Aussenterrasse. Zentrale Lage, trozden ziemlich ruhig. Schöne Lobby mit Co-workong spaces. Minibar mit gratis alkoholfreien Getränken. Die Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Gegenüber gibt es einen Biergarten, Restaurants und etwas weiter auf der Friedrichstr. süße vietnamesische Bistros.

Cons:

Ich fand den Preis für die Tiefgarage und für das Frühstück etwas hoch. Das Kopfteil des Bettes wies leichte GEbrauchsspuren auf.

Gutes Hotel mit Abstrichen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.
Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern und zweckmäßig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Da wir keinen Reinigungsservice benötigt haben, gab es dafür ein Freigetränk. Außerdem war im Zimmer die Minibar inklusive.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren überhaupt nicht schallgedämmt. Es war jede Kleinigkeit von der Straße zu hören. Sogar das Dröhnen der U Bahn hörte man.
Vom Frühstücks habe ich mir etwas mehr versprochen.

Per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo molto di più, avevo una mezza pensione ma l’acqua non era nemmeno inclusa e il cibo che uno poteva scegliere non era come nella carta del ristorante, e il ristorante diceva cucina locale ma tutto era tranne che locale; al check in ci era stato chiesto se si voleva la pulizia camera tutti i giorni o meno dato che sono un hotel green, avevamo scelto ogni 2 giorni dato che stavamo 5, e il personale ci ha dato due voucher per bevute, ma aime in 5 giorni non ci è stata mai pulita la camera, quidni darei un gran consiglio, l’hotel il potenziale ne ha tanto, ma in qualcosa pecca.

Zentral gelegen, Geschäfte und Restaurants umliegend, U Bahn direkt gegenüberliegend.
Top Frühstücksbuffet!! Richtige herzliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende beim Frühstück und auch an der Rezeption!!!
