Pros:

Die Betten und das Bad waren sehr gut, es gab kostenlose alkoholfreie Getränke.
Nette Gastronomie

Cons:

Die Lautstärke des Straßenverkehrs war hoch. Das Frühstück ist zu teuer. Es gab zwar Kaltgetränke, aber für das Preisniveau wäre ein Wasserkocher und Becher zu erwarten.

Not the best stay
Pros:

The room was clean and bright.

Cons:

We arrived after a very long drive from Berlin, only to discover that the hotel car park is around a 10-minute walk away. After parking, we then found out at check-in that passports were required, meaning we had to walk all the way back to the car to retrieve them. While there is a notice inside the hotel explaining this requirement, it’s not particularly helpful once you’ve already arrived—especially when the return trip to the car park takes around 20 minutes. Throughout our trip, no other hotel in Europe had asked to see our passports, so both this requirement and the off-site parking arrangement should be made clear during the booking process rather than at check-in.

We also hired bikes from the hotel, but one had a faulty chain that came off three times during our ride. This left grease on our clothing and significantly spoiled the experience. To make matters worse, we were still charged for the bike despite the fault, which we felt was unfair.

Overall, our stay was disappointing. There are some simple changes to the information provided before arrival and better maintenance of the bikes that would make a big difference to the guest experience.

Fräscht hotell med bra läge i Berlin.
Pros:

Mycket bra läge i Berlin och nära tunnelbana vilket gjorde det enkelt att transportera sig längre sträckor. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Vi reste med två vuxna och en fyraåring och bodde i familjerum. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Rent och fräscht. Små detaljer som exempelvis en pall så barnet kunde tvätta händer själv är ett plus. Gott om el-uttag. Frukosten var jättebra.

Cons:

Enda negativa som gjorde att det blev en 9 och inte en 10 - något lyhört. Man hörde hur dörrarna smällde ute i korridoren.

Pros:

Very nice modern vibe property that felt welcoming. Our bedroom was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. It was nice that the drinks in the minibar were free. The bathroom was fairly modern too. Breakfast was great with a huge choice and the opening hours were very convenient. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed that. Location wise, it's 2 mins walk from a U-bahn station and there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket really close by. Very easy to get to all the tourist spots. Overall, I would highly recommend the Innside!
