Very poor facilities relative to price and rating. Friendly staff.
Pros:

staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to resolve an issue with our stay (see below) - we were moved to a different room for our second night.

Cons:

Soundproofing incredibly poor; we could fully hear the neighbour room's conversation as if they were in our room, and on the first night a next-door rooster woke us up at 3am and subsequently every 20 minutes.
The bathrooms lack ventilation and become very steamy; there are uneven tiles used on the countertops which means they can't be used properly; the shower curtain was getting brown / rusty from the steam in the room.
Pictures of room clearly very professional - as in, the rooms aren't as nice in reality.

Vistas espectaculares!

Las habitaciones, el restaurant las vistas el jardin! Hermoso, las cenas el ambiente musicalizado ♡

Cons:

El artefacto de ducha, para semejante baño debería cambiarse.
Para el servicio de Spa faltaban batas y pantuflas, nos alcanzaron despues las batas.

Excellent
Pros:

The location is excellent and the room very comfortable with a big bed. We had lovely views to the mountains as well as a little verandah with chairs. The staff are very helpful and even opened the restaurant early for us to have dinner early since we had not had lunch in arrival. The dinner was mostly excellent

Cons:

I wish the dinner was always available earlier. 8 pm is very late for us.
