EXCEPTIONALLY friendly staff that exceeded all expectations. As a solo-travelling woman I was welcomed and well taken care of during my entire stay. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and the dinner options in house very good. I got to try various local dishes which they asked before if I would like them a bit more mild than customary and therefore really was able to enjoy them. An exceptional experience, I would love to come back in the future.

5* People, Not Quite a 5-Star Experience
Pros:

Looks like all the superstars at Hyatt Pune have names starting with "S"!

Our stay started with Shushma from the Front Office, who was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. She did her best to accommodate our requests and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

In the F&B team, Chef Sakshi was lovely to interact with.

Shikha deserves a special mention too. She makes an effort to check on guests personally and ensure everyone has what they need.

Prasenjit always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at home.

Arjun was always attentive and ensuring guests were comfortable, while Ajith was an absolute darling, always willing to go the extra mile with a smile.

And then there was Om, who completely stole the limelight! Such a sweetheart. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care won our hearts.

Training can teach skills, but genuine hospitality comes from within, above mentioned staff have it naturally.They are the reason this property shines.

The dosa and chutney were absolutely fantastic and among the best I've had. Thanks to the dosa and paratha chefs.

I would also like to appreciate the Housekeeping team. Although I didn't get everyone's names, all the attendants we interacted with were attentive, courteous. They did a great job in maintaining the room and ensuring our comfort throughout the stay.

Cons:

We were really looking forward to experiencing SPA but despite trying for two consecutive days, we couldn't get an appointment, so unfortunately we missed out.

There is always room for improvement, and some front office associates, room service order takers, and telephone operators could enhance the guest experience further.

Cons:

The rooms are small. They charged me to upgrade the room. Later they told me it’s the same size rooms. But the club room has evenings drinks included. But since we booked with booking.com we were not eligible.
