Pros:

I had an overall pleasant stay at the property, which lived up to the standards one would expect from the Hyatt group. The rooms were comfortable, the food was enjoyable, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to access the rest of the city.

Cons:

My experience with the front desk during the payment process was disappointing. The staff appeared to be poorly informed and lacked a clear understanding of the hotel’s own payment procedures, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

Apart from this issue, the hospitality, comfort, and overall experience were very good. With better training and coordination at the front desk, this property would offer an even more seamless guest experience.

Okay for the price.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, variety of options and nice restaurants at the hotel.
Location is good.

Cons:

Not so comfortable mattress. very hard. You can hear the noice from the corridor and even the neighbouring rooms
Lot of Dust in the room, every time we leave the room and return back there's layer of dust on surfaces.

A great experience as always
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff continue to be friendly and helpful. Ms Dey at the front desk is always so welcoming. I enjoyed using the fitness center

Disappointing
Pros:

Nothing at all.

Cons:

The room was very far from the lift which was not nice. Then to find the actual size of the room was tiny.
Everything felt old and used. The wooden door to the mini bar was hanging off one side so every time you opened it, you had to physically adjust and close it.
The view from our room #1635 was terrible, all you saw was a bunch of other rooms and some ugly cable antennae’s on the hotel roof. The food was not up to the mark either. The cheese toast was like a pizza topping on a piece f bread, not even toasted.
For the money we paid, I could have easily stayed at a better property. Next time I will read reviews before booking. Went by the Hyatt name. Totally disappointed.

Property is clean and good

Cons:

Staff did not welcome us properly, it took 2 hours for us to get our bags from reception to room, Finally I went and got it after 5 calls to the reception.
Staff followed processes, but none were truthfully caring for customers .Can easily make out from the way they speak. Hospitality was just business , was not real. Looks like its a local leadership issue. Never expected this at Hyatt . They have downgraded their principles surely. Club room is smallest I've ever seen in any other property.
