Room cleaning service by Shifa madam is very excellent.
We had organised a wedding at this venue. The overall experience for us as well as everybody who participated in the event was memorable. Food was simply GREAT!!!!

Disappointing check-in and maintenance issues, saved by excellent staff hospitality
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Pune with my family, and while there were some wonderful highlights, a few significant operational and maintenance issues dragged down our overall experience.
The Good:
The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. The team members at the front desk and the cafe were incredibly helpful, warm, and eager to assist. Their hospitality and willingness to help are the primary reasons we would consider returning to this property.
The Bad:
1. Exhausting Check-In Delay: The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:00 PM and were fully prepared to wait until the official time. However, we weren’t given our room until 2:50 PM—nearly an hour past the standard time. I had explicitly mentioned in our booking that we were traveling with a 2.5-year-old and a 3-month-old infant. Waiting at the reception for nearly two hours with two very young children was incredibly difficult and frustrating, completely putting a damper on our family getaway.
Room Maintenance Gaps: The room itself needs some attention. The curtain hooks were broken, leaving a gap where bright afternoon sunlight streamed directly onto the bed, making it very difficult for us to take a nap. Additionally, the flooring looked weathered, and the bathroom door failed to lock properly on a couple of occasions.
Ultimately, it’s a beautiful property with a fantastic team, but management needs to address room maintenance and ensure check-in timelines are met, especially for families traveling with infants.
