Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig sogar
mit Fisch. Es war alles bestens. Alles in Buffetform. Eine Kaffeekanne stand auf jedem Tisch. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, aber an manchen Stellen sieht man, dass es nicht mehr ganz neu ist. Uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Cons:

Unbequeme Matratzen, 2 Einzelbetten, Spinnweben im Fenster, schmutziger Teppich, unfreundliche und unengagierte Rezeptionistin, Mansarde, unverschämter Preis!

Pros:

Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Nach dem Frühstück kamen wir zurück zum Zimmer. Es war schon ca 10.00 Uhr und die Zimmermädchen sassen vor unserem Zimmer und haben auf uns gewartet.

Gutes Hotel am Platz, mit Potential zur Serviceverbesserung

Schöne zentrale Lage, dennoch grün

Cons:

Zimmer zum garten gegenüber der küche. Ganze Nacht Gebrumme. Fahrstuhl bei Ankunft defekt (wurde zeitnah repariert). Fernbedienung fernseher batterie leer, rezeption nach 8 nicht besetzt. Dunkle Läufer waschbecken.

Das der Parkplatz kostenfrei, bzw. im Gesamtpreis war.
Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise abgestossen. Bei Gefallen gebe ich gerne Trinkgeld, aber dass man im Zimmerschreiben darauf hingewiesen, bzw. durch Aufstellen von Spardosen indirekt dazu gezwungen wird.

Sehr schade. Nicht ein einziges, barrierefreies, modernisiertes Zimmer, im ganzen Haus. Stern 4, gehört weg. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Well situated, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

The hotel is coneniently situated in the centre of Wittmund in the market square, with its own private car park. It is a short walk to the main shopping street, sights and museums. The room was clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast was provided. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We appreciated the welcome bottle of water.

Cons:

We would have liked tea and coffee with a kettle and mugs to have been provided in the room. This is less common in Germany, but common in the UK, theNetherlands and other European countries.
