Pros:

Cumpre a proposta de valor, sendo um hotel de preço acessível. Bem localizado, fácil estacionar, quarto limpo, espaçoso e funcional, varanda simpática.

Cons:

O quarto em que fiquei já tem sinais claros de uso/antiguidade - não é propriamente um problema mas seria uma manutenção relativamente fácil.
A única variável que deixou a desejar realmente foi o pequeno almoço - ovos frios e já há muito tempo servidos, café (mesmo tirado na hora e da máquina) era muito mau, queijo fatiado já mole e quente, os folhados (croissants, folhados doces etc) são muito básicos e estavam mal cozinhados.

A localização é fantástica, dos andares superiores vê -se o rio Lima, o que é encantador.. Depois de recusarmos o quarto por ficar na cave do hotel, fizeram um upgrade excepcional, pelo que ficámos gratos. O pequeno almoço é bom.

Cons:

O quarto que escolhi dizia ter vista. Aliás, na reserva todos tinham o símbolo de ter vista. A não ser que considerem uma parede um andar abaixo do nível da relva (chão) como vista, não gostei que me tivessem atribuído um quarto numa cave. Nem num r/c sequer. Não deveria ter de pedir um novo quarto, isso foi desagradável. Felizmente acabou sendo resolvido, o que agradeci, claro.

Pros:

A massagem do spa. A fisioterapeuta é excelente

Cons:

O alojamento está a necessitar de obras de manutenção, inclusive o elevador não funcionava, o que fazia com que tivéssemos de ir pelo elevador da área de serviço
