Everything seemed fairly clean.
The bathroom was clearly for handicapped people, with the toilet being too high. Also, if the toilet seat was left up, there was an odd smell coming from it.
There was bad soundproofing and I could hear people passing by my room when I was trying to sleep (even when they were whispering.
