Tolle Lage, früherer Check-in möglich

Cons:

Personal vor Ort war wenig engagiert, habe dann am Telefon aber tatkräftige Hilfe erhalten.

La ubicación sin ninguna duda. Está en Max Weber platz al lado de una boca de metro y hay un precioso biergarden muy cerca.

Tolle Hotellage mit kleinen Abstrichen beim Service.
Pros:

Das Zimmer 103 war sehr geräumig, aber etwas dunkel. Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum war perfekt, auch die Parkmöglichkeit im Hotelhof war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider befanden sich unzählige lange Haare in der Dusche und auch am Boden im Bad. Die Rezeption war nicht, wie angeführt, bis 14:00 besetzt.

Pros:

Small but cosy single room, comfy bed and decent bathroom.

Cons:

Thin walls - the sounds from next room were pretty audible even for normal speech. The small lamp at the bed did not work.

Excellent hôtel mais il faut être prêt au „tout digital“.
Pros:

Emplacement, garage, chambre agréable et très propre. Parfait pour une famille.

Cons:

Check in et clefs en digital uniquement. Pratique quand on est seul mais compliqué en famille. (Dépendance au tel et au réseau…)

Die Lage war toll.

Cons:

Es war sehr spartanisch. Das WLAN hat nie funktioniert. Ich habe immer über den Hotspot meines Handys am Laptop arbeiten müssen. Wenn die Keycard des Zimmers nur online ist, ist es ein Problem nicht ins WLAN zu kommen, wenn man wie ich aus dem Ausland kommt.
Es wurde renoviert als ich da war. Bei der Lounge stand eine Matratze und ein Waschbecken. In meinem Zimmer funktionierte ein Licht nicht und gab es einen Wasserfleck.

Super Lage, war schon öfters dort.

Cons:

Rezeption nicht erreichbar.
Ablaufgarnitur Waschbecken defekt, wurde gemeldet aber nicht behoben wie angekündigt.
