Der Online-Ceck In ist eine Katastrophe, 3 x versucht ... Computerfehler, dann ist keiner da der einem hilft ... Check-In Terminal nicht verständlich, der WhatsApp-Bot gibt falsche und schlecht autamtisierte Informationen, die Telefonnummer wird in irgendein Ausland weitergelietet ... genau so möchte man es nicht haben, die ganze Prozedur dauerte 10 x länger als wenn ein Mensch an der Rezeption gestanden hätte ... auf Kosten des Gastes Personal gespart, aber eine Rommrate genommen, als wenn es ein 4****s Hotel mit bestezter Rezeption gewesen wäre. Nie wieder

Die Lage, direkt an der UBahn.

Cons:

Mitglieder der Gruppe bekamen kurz vor Check-In die Email, dass ihr bestätigtes Zimmer nicht mehr frei sei - ganz schlecht. Hellhöriges Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage.

La ubicación, muy bien comunicado . El desayuno también muy bueno.

Cons:

Que de la cuadruple una ventana no tiene opción de abrirse y por tanto poca ventilación en ese lado de la estancia.

Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir visiter Munich’s à pieds depuis l hôtel.
Pros:

L’emplacement et la propreté

Cons:

Pas d accueil à l arrivée . Personnel peu chaleureux. Peu de prise électrique et pas de table de chevet d un côté du lit double. Et le vitrage de la salle de bain sans fenêtre éclairé la chambre la nuit.

Very sorry and not worth the price at all
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and nice

Cons:

The room was stuffy, the tiolete didnt flush all the way, i got locked out of my room when the kaycard didn't work and had to call another mk location reseption becuase the one in the hotel closed by 14:00

Zentrale Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Abdunklung.

Cons:

Hotel hat eher das Flair eines Studentenwohnheims. Rezeption schließt, wenn Check-in Zeit beginnt. Bad sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Wasser am Waschbecken läuft nur sehr verzögert ab, Toilettenspülung hat keinen Druck, Toilettensitz lose. Licht am Bett hat Wackelkontakt. Beleuchtung hinterm Bett defekt. Fenster schließt nicht richtig. Personal unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Man fühlt sich als Gast nicht willkommen.

La ubicación está bien, a pocos minutos andando al centro. Hay tranvía en la misma puerta.

Cons:

Reserve en enero para agosto, sabiendo ellos que iba con un crío de 3 años y otro de 8 meses me pusieron en la segunda planta sin ascensor. La cuna del bebé no lleva colchón. La organización a la hora de reservar noches extras tampoco es muy fluida. Mucho que mejorar
