El trato del personal,en especial a Lili de recepcion que noa facilito mucho la estancia
1.Algun dia eran las 15h y no habian limpiado la habitacion.
2.Los horarios de comedores muy orientados a los horarios ingleses y no españoles
De ligging was zeker ok, ook het zwembad was erg goed. De gemeenschappelijke ruimten waren mooi. parkeren was zeker heel goed.
We kregen een kamer toegewezen waar er een tussendeur was naar een aanpalende kamer (familiekamer verdiep 4??) . Voor de privacy niet meer van deze tijd, het leek of de buren bij ons in de kamer stonden, dag en nacht. De tweede dag andere kamer gevraagd en gekregen. Een kamer met tussendeur NOOIT meer. Ook het restaurant was ongezellig en luidruchtig. Ook het eten was erg matig voor een H10 hotel.
El Hotel en general muy bien, el personal super amable. La única pega sino vas con vehículo, es el autobús de la empresa Plana, que ni tiene frecuencia, ni es seguro cuando pasen por el hotel, te recojan

Lovely quite hotel for all ages with a great pool area but still have the sunbed issues if not up early.

Wife is a smoker and they really should of an area away from pool and bar area for smokers to sit down as at the moment ashtrays right outside the entrances to pool and hotel so end up blowing smoke on people going in and out which doesn't make sense when could have a discreet corner set up with tables, also no smoking on room balconies.

La cama que al ser de muelles no es tan cómoda como otras, pero se puede descansar.
