Schönes Hotel mit zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gent. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben auf Anfrage ein Beistellbett bekommen.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns ein Stadtplan gegeben, auf dem eine Route mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gent eingezeichnet wurde. Im Zimmer gibt es zudem ein Heft mit vielen Empfehlungen rund um Restaurants, Cafés und Schokolade.

Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Ghent :)
Pros:

Great room ! Lovely building and the staff were so helpful!

Cons:

Little noisy in the morning I think the window wasn't great at keeping noise out but it was the centre of ghent so noise to be expected really

Prima vertoefd in hartje Gent.
Pros:

De locatie was geweldig midden in het centrum. Wanneer je op tijd boekt kan je zelfs parkeren op of direct naast het terrein van het hotel voor € 17,- per dag.

Cons:

Het personeel sprak nauwelijks Nederlands, wel Engels. Geen lift aanwezig. Smalle steile trappen vanwege historische bouw van het pand. Het kan een beetje gehorig zijn ook vanwege de oude authentieke staat van het pand.

Prima plek centraal in Gent
Pros:

Centrale ligging, goede douche en prima bed. Contactloze oplaadplaatjes bij bed. Vriendelijk personeel.
Je loopt zo de stad in!

Cons:

Veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten in trappenhuisje 's nachts. Geen parkeermogelijkheid, waardoor je met koffer (op dit moment) vanaf andere parkeergarage door een bouwput moet lopen.
Kamer is in werkelijkheid wel 'n stuk kleiner voor 5 personen dan de foto doet vermoeden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah und das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit unf kompetent

Cons:

Parkmöglichkeiten doch relativ weit vom Hotrl entfernt.
Schweres Gepäck ist schwierig in die oberen Stockwerke zu befördern.Zum Glück kann das Personal hilfreich einspringen.

Great value for money with few downsides

Very clean and modern room. Very comfortable. Location is also great

Very thin walls and you could easily hear the other guests. Als very popular among young people who come back from partying late.

An amazing place with amazing people!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, the decor is amazing. The rooms are superb, both in decoration and amenities. The most fantastic thing about this place are the staff. Everyone went out of their way to help when my wife broke her ankle, but Meritxell (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was the best! We will definitely return, once we're healed.

Nice hotel in a good location, but with odd quirks
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed and nice bedroom amenities

Cons:

The main thing I disliked was that the main entrance is locked all the time, which is extremely odd for a hotel. This made the place feel unwelcoming.


There was also nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom and no bin in the room.
