More than terrible. Very rude and disrecptfull staff.

Maybe location is OK.

Cons:

First of all check in time is 15:00 which is acceptable however all the doors are closed and there is nobody at the hotel before 15:00. You can not even leave your bags before 15:00. They gave me single room with a blocked sink and no soap dispenser or shampoo. The old guy at the reception was very rude and grumpy. I wanted to change my room and the guy at the reception was like this is a 2 star hotel. What do you expect. He changed my room but he told me that I can leave if I don't like it. He was like I am fed up with you like I was to blame for the blocked sink. If he wasn't an old guy my reaction will be something else. Of course at that time I didn't want to leave. I stayed at the hotel very uncomfortably and will never go to this hotel and I don't recommend it all. They don't know the first thing about running a hotel and HOSPITALITY.

Gute Erfahrung auf geschäftliche Reise
Pros:

Frühstück war ok, alles frisch und Eierwerden vor Ort vzubereitet. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Toilete ist viel zu klein, besonders Waschbecken.

Ein Hotel mit viel Herzblut geführt: ein Geheimtipp!
Pros:

So viel Liebe zum Detail! Wer Geschichte und Kunst mag, ist hier richtig. Ein Kleinod. Meine Überraschung in Lünen: sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, ideal gelegen. Für mich ein Geheimtipp: solide, klein aber fein, mit Liebe zum Detail. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch, welche Zeitreise ich dann mache, denn jedes Zimmer ist eine andere Reise in unsere Geschichte.

Originelles Hotel. Etwas altmodisch und in die Jahre gekommen, aber voller Erinnerungen aus Filmen und Geschichte. Lage optimal
