The location as it is very close to Earl’s court station. The staff were also very helpful.
First, there is no lift and if your room is on the 5th floor, with your luggage, good luck with the stairs. Good thing I only had a back pack. Secondly, they have no toiletries and I have to ask for toilet rolls. But most importantly, there were bed bugs and I woke up with bites all over my body. Although the staff did clean the room when I reported it, but looks like the whole building needs a deep clean.
Clean and big room , Adel was really helpful during our stay , Always available to help .
Nothing really
!! BEWARE !! if you book and want to add extra nights or make any changes their system can't cope with it so you might be stuck.
This company is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to dean with.
I originally booked a single room for one night but a few days later I wanted to change it to a double room for 4 nights. Booking.com were unable to make the change due to the hotel not enabling such changes so I contacted the hotel and they claimed they can't change a room or change dates on their system! I have never heard of a hotel that has a system that's unable to make basic changes like that.
They said I must pay for the 4 nights first then I can put in a request to cancel the 1 night. So that means I'm paying for 2 rooms on the first night....... Sounded suspicious to me..... I asked them to email me confirming that they would refund the single night once I paid for the 4 nights but they gave me all sorts of flannel about this and that and just kept trying to get me to pay for 4 nights without any guarantee of getting a refund for the first night.
I lost all trust in them - one person told me one thing and the next person had a different story..... Nobody would actually guarantee I would get a refund once I paid - I think they are untrustworthy.
It would have been the simplest thing in the world to change the room type and charge me for 3 extra nights like any other hotel would - but they said that was impossible to do on their system!!!
The location was great, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They brought us additional pillows, checked we managed to find the room okay and were really polite. They already opened the windows and put the fan on before we got there! (Really helpful in a 32°c heatwave in May!)
The room door was hard to lock and unlock, it was like a touch activated keypad handle that required a key code. Some written instructions on a card would have made it make more sense as the spoken instructions weren’t very clear and we didn’t want to go back down 2 sets of stairs in the heatwave and then back up! So we ended up just leaving it unlocked.
The toilet was wobbly, even just sitting on it the whole thing it moved (not just the seat moving, the actual toilet moved). Needs a bit of TLC but they were working on the room next door so I imagine that is what they were doing. Room was very clean but a touch dated. Also air conditioning would have been super helpful but you get what you pay for.
Hazardous health and safety environment. This cannot be sold to Booking customers. They should have an inspection done. Absolutely appalling.
Good location to train station, comfy beds
Nothing, all ok
Clean and tidy
Äärimmäisen ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Kaikki pikkaisen rempallaan, ei hissiä.
The staff were a highlight of the say. Extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed somewhere to keep luggage.
Its in the best location in London so close to shops and the station is around the corner too
Çalışanlardan çok memnunduk otele geldiğimizde ikramları da çok hoştu genel olarak odalar çok küçük ve çık havasızdı onun dışında merkezi konum
Spacious and easy to access
Nothing much
Siamo stati benissimo. Consigliatissimo!
È andato tutto bene
