Pros:

Emplacement et le parking payant avec accès direct dans l'hôtel.
Accès à pied facile aux différents points d'intérêts.

Cons:

Le lit annoncé comme queen size (160) était un lit de 140.
Et literie pas confortable.

I don't travel as much as I once did, but I'd guess your guest rooms are below par.
Pros:

Staff as very attentive.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Room.
Small, insufficient light, insufficient heat.
No safety features in the bathroom, like grab bars in shower and around toilet.

Bra beliggenhet, god frokost og normalt hyggelig betjening, grei størrelse på bad.

Cons:

Den parkeringen de anbefaler kan sikkert være grei for SMÅ biler. Id4 var det med nød og neppe plass til, meget smale oppstillinger. 719 kr for drøyt ett og et halvt døgn....
Fancy senger med heve/senkefunksjoner, den ene virket til og med. Stretch-laknene hadde nok krympet i vask, men klamret seg til overmadrassen. En veggmontert TV blokkerte i stor grad bruk av skrivebordet.
Kunne kanskje hatt litt flere knagger både på bad og rom.

Great location, beautiful views, exceptional customer service.
Pros:

Great location in the old town (Bakklandet), beautiful breakfast room with view over the old houses with the best breakfast you can expect in Norway, exceptional customer service on reception (particularly Connie and Vidar, thank you so much for all your help and advice), and we spent several hours in the hotel lounge reading our books and watching the world go by on the river. We will be back in three or four months time.

Cons:

Nothing. Despite there being a national strike in the Norway hospitality sector, the staff at Scandic Bakklandet were professional, helpful and cheerful. We really enjoyed staying here (we've previously stayed in Radisson Blu Trondheim) and we will return to Scandic Bakklandet next time we are in town.

This was a lovely hotel, comfortable, friendly & helpful staff and really good breakfast
