Quiet, lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Centrally located, close to the subway and buses. Directly across the street from Radio City Music Hall and Rockefeller center so plenty of options for food and entertainment. Also Times Square is a short 10-15 minute walk. Hotel was very quiet, couldn't even hear our next door neighbors. Clean room and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious enough for two people. Free coffee and water! Next door is a Walgreens if you need something quick. Staff is very friendly and professional. Would stay here again.

Cons:

We had a slow draining sink but that's because the stopper was broken. We just fixed it ourselves.

It was disappointing overall…
Pros:

I had high hopes for my first stay here — and the location and staff are excellent — but, my room had no character or charm. Indeed, the furniture was old, the chair was heavily stained, and I was simply unimpressed. Based on my room, a major renovation is long overdue.

Location is so good , easy to go everywhere, my 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suits with kitchen facilities, good for family or group of friends .
