Excelente
Pros:

Todo y atención del personal. Especialmente Jessie nos ayudó mucho, hablaba español y era muy atento con todo. Muy trabajador y nos ayudó encontrar lugares de interés.

Great location in NY
Pros:

Thank you Shawn and Leslie and all team for a great experience. The hotel is well located, next to radio hall and a block from St Peter’s Cathedral and 5th avenue.

Pros:

there is a lounge on 2nd floor that has a work space, 24 hours tea and coffee and good drinking water on each floor that guests and fill with reusable bottles.

Cons:

Ordinary rooms, I may naver stay there again.

It was adequate, but I would look for a better hotel.
Pros:

The location was good. I liked that it wasn’t a huge hotel.

Cons:

It was overpriced for what you get. Cheap toiletries, fake cream for coffee, not very sound proof.

I loved my stay and location.
Pros:

I really liked the room. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would happily stay there again.

Cons:

Had trouble with TV but not a deal breaker.
