Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la réceptionniste, qui nous a attribué une chambre malgré notre arrivée anticipée. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la cité. Les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement propres. Tout était parfait !
The hotel is in such a wonderful position! It's in the most charming street and very close to the Carcassonne fortress. It has a terrace with a stunning view of the fortress and a beautiful courtyard. (and there is a espresso machine in the room, a lovely touch)
There is no lift, so if you have mobility issues it could be hard.

Great location, nice 3 star hotel and rooms. Breakfast was good and in keeping with a French continental breakfast.
No complaints at all but beware that there is a spiral staircase. Difficult for heavy luggage or people with mobility issues

Fabulous to be in the old town, outside the walled Cité but within an easy walk up to the main attraction. Located on a buzzy street with hotel parking available and essential! Comfortable room, simple, older hotel, good breakfast, everything worked.

Aufzug wär toll
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine Garage für die Räder und ein "Direktgetränk"! Die Lage ist einfach klasse, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Es waren sehr viele Leute gleichzeitig im Frühstücksraum. Dadurch war es etwas hektisch. Sonst alles o.k.
Fantastic hotel, friendly helpful staff & owners. Perfectly located 10 minute walk from the citadel with bars & restaurants 1/2 minutes from the door. Beautiful garden to relax in with a glass of wine or up on the roof terrace with excellent views of the castle & old town above.
