ottima posizione per la visita della città, ottimo il parcheggio interno, buona la colazione, buono lo staff di cui una signorina parlava anche italiano, ottima la vicinanza per la stazione degli autobus e per la stazione ferroviaria

una signorina al nostro arrivo ci diceva che non avevamo prenotato il parcheggio per cui abbiamo parcheggiato in un posto pubblico ad alcune centinaia di metri e siamo (forse stupidamente) arrivati con le valigie, a quel punto una seconda signorina (era cambiata e questa parlava italiano) ha detto che invece l'avevamo prenotato, nessun problema ma il fastidio è stato dover tornare a prendere l'auto (pagare c.a. 18 €) e aver difficoltà (visti i sensi unici) a ritrovare l'hotel. Sono piccoli inconvenienti che non mettono in discussione necessariamente né la struttura né lo staff, può succedere.

This hotel is managed with zero empathy toward customers. Be aware that they do not allow any modifications to reservations, even in the event of an unexpected issue. For the requested dates, the hotel only offers non-refundable bookings. If you experience a problem and call to request a date change or a postponement, they simply tell you it is not possible and charge you anyway. They could have easily reassigned the reservation to another customer, but the hotel management is completely unhelpful and acts in a rigid manner."

Unique 70s interior, comfortable beds, close to city center, excellent hospitality
Pros:

We staid here as a family of four and had a comfortable room - the interior had a nice retro style (70s maybe?). The lamps were special, we also liked the record player.
Bathroom was bright and clean with L‘Occitane amenities :-) (love it).
5-7 minutes walking distance to the city center, only. Lots of good little restaurants.
We would choose this hotel gain.

Das Hotel ist ein Stadthotel, nichts besonders... etwas ab vom Schuss... Personal jedoch sehr nett. Das Frühstück, übrigens das teuerste Frühstück unserer Reise, auch nichts besonderes, ohne Liebe präsentiert.
