Personnel au top, très accueillant et professionnel !

Un énorme plus pour Astotel : des snacks et boissons gratuits sont disponibles dans toute la chaîne d’hôtels de 14 h à 2 h. C’est vraiment appréciable après une journée de visite ! Et petit bonus très pratique : des toilettes propres accessibles dans les différents hôtels de la chaîne à travers Paris.

La chambre était très belle, confortable et parfaitement équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.

Le quartier est également très pratique, calme et idéal pour visiter Paris.

Je recommande vivement cet établissement à tous les touristes qui souhaitent découvrir Paris dans de bonnes conditions ! 🇫🇷❤️

Une excellente expérience, je reviendrai avec plaisir !

A gem of a hotel in the heart of the "triangle d'or" of Paris
Pros:

The hotel is very well located and quiet in spite of its proximity to many attractions, metro stations, shops & restaurants. The staff were kind and accommodating and the room was impeccable, combining modern amenities with a few "old world charm" finishings. I was impressed that both the mini bar and all day drinks and snacks in the restaurant area were complimentary for guests. In all my years of travel I have not experienced such generous hospitality.

Cons:

The mattress was extremely firm and poorly made up. The flat sheet was not tucked in on the sides and the comforter cover all wrinkled on the interior side. This may be just a small detail but it was not on par with the rest. You could feel/hear a faint rumble of the underground metro line every few minutes but it was very discreet.
