Good location for our return journey from Dornoch to Shrewsbury. Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant for evening meals. There Steak pie is brilliant and recommend. Breakfast great plenty of choice and food Coffee etc
Shower over bath prefer just a shower cubicle.
Facilities are good and location is convenient. Restaurant was also good for our evening meal.
Room was very close to a busy road. Rear door (nearest road) also rattled when trucks went past.
The main building and bar area are lovely. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We stayed in one of the out buildings and was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The room was very dated and worn, it was superficially clean but grimy and stained. There were cracks in the shower and the bed was small and very uncomfortable. It was very disappointing for the price we paid. I had looked forward to staying here as the rooms online look nice but sadly this was not the case. Our booking was last minute so perhaps we got the last room available but it was not worth the money and we couldn’t wait to leave.
Clean, spacious flat with comfortable beds, good shower and convenient location. WiFi and TV. Good Comms.
Room was a good size with comfy beds. Free parking.
Hadn't been aware we would be an outbuilding, had expected to be in the main hotel.
Some traffic noise.
Staff were very busy due to weddings and events, so had to wait a while both on check-in and check-out.
Staff were lovely and value for money.
Nothing really suited our needs.
