Frühstück war gut!
En perle i centrum af Harlem og vi fik desuden superservice. Vi boede i værelse 146 som var fuldstændig fantastisk. Tak for et par dejlige dage vi anbefaler helt sikkert dette sted og kommer gerne igen. Kærlig hilsen Lars og Lotte fra Danmark

I had the loft of presumably an old house, overlooking the St Bavo church. It is magical, day and night. The church is lit up at night and the hotel has fairy lights in the trees. It's just beautiful. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed in the foyer and restaurant/bar area.

Location was fabulous. Friendly staff, nice restaurant and breakfasts were great.
Hot at night while sleeping and weather was cool then
The hotel is located right in the center of the city, very easy to find, near parking garage and public transportation. Downside: cannot access right in front to leave the luggage. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the triple room we booked, we reported it and after some email exchanges the front desk managers sorted it out, and made a gesture by reimbursing our breakfasts. good communication and we were happy what we reported on was taken seriously. The breakfast buffet and breakfast room was lovely.
The triple room in the annex was on the 2nd floor without lift (to be taken into account for people with less mobility), the room was extremely hot and no fan was provided even after we asked reception for one. The room is facing a very lively street with restaurants and bars and due to the single glazing of the windows it was very noisy (at 6:30am it started again with city cleaners). I would recommand those rooms get upgraded with better windows glazing to make it sound proof and heat proof. We had other small issues that was reported and agreed on. (leaking bathroom sink, electrical wires exposed, no possibility to open the bathroom windown).The triple room will be nice once the renovations are finished, as it is, it should have not been let out for the price we paid. too expensive.

das Zimmer war nur über zwei steile Treppen erreichbar. Der Aufzug brauchte uns nur ins 1 Geschoss, zwei weitere Geschosse mussten über oben genannte Treppen überwunden werden

A small thing.. breakfast was a little limiting for the money. Only watermelon as a fruit, apart from fresh fruit plus a little more choice in hot breakfast.
A screen/curtain could be a good idea in bedroom to partition the two sleeping areas.
There is no elevator. The room is on the 3rd floor.

Mi habitación daba a un patio interno y en el primer piso, y había mucho ruido a partir de las 8am y además se escuchan todas las puertas cuando se abren y cierran en el piso… digamos que si tu objetivo es dormir hasta tarde no lo vas a conseguir…. Por todo lo demás es excelente.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Kamer was vrij ruim.
Heel gehorig en er was heel veel herrie van zowel buiten als de kamer onder ons. Geen lift om bij onze kamer op de derde verdieping te komen, geen airco op de kamer. Maar twee koffiekopjes op een kamer voor drie personen. Losliggende drempel bij badkamer.
