Please note that check-in hours are Monday to Sunday, 15:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving outside of the scheduled check-in hours are requested to contact the property.

Guests who have booked a room after office hours must call the hotel and leave a message so that they can be called back with check-in instructions.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, 17:00-19:30. On weekends, the restaurant is open only upon prior agreement.

Cons:

Værten var ikke imødekommende. Der mangler loungeområde. Gårdrummet var ikke indbydende selvom det let kunne gøres det med hynder i stolene og mere hygge.

Jag är nöjd med frukosten.

Vid ankomst klockan 22.57, på entrédörren fanns det en lapp med ett telefonnummer där man ska ringa till jouren för att bli incheckad? hotellet är obemannad, En person står vid entrén som också ringer numret som står på dörren. personen som ringer får kontakt med jouren via sms....Fler gäster börjar anlända familjer börjar samlas. Själv har jag min dotter på tretton år. jag ringer numret men kommer aldrig fram och blir bortkopplad? tar kontakt via sms till jouren personen svarar inte. istället skickar jouren en bild till första gästen som han har kontakt med och säger att han ser oss via en kamera. det är totalt åtta personer som står. Och väntar på att bli incheckade.... - de flesta kom från olika delar av Sverige och en annan familj kom från Norge Och för att kunna få sova klockan är sent. de flesta ringde till polisen för att försöka få hjälp...de flesta kände sig lurade. för de som inte hade med sig egna sängkläder fick swisha direkt på plats. Några gjorde det trots det blev de inte insläppta till hotellet.
Jag hade betalat mycket pengar för två nätter en liten stuga, jag skickade bokningsnummer samt att jag skrev till jouren att jag har min dotter här Och vi behöver komma in för att sova, jouren svarade aldrig mig. jag och min dotter sätter oss i bilen och vi åker in mot stan, för att äta något. Sedan ringer jag till cirka 11 stycken hotell men alla är fullbokade och besöker 3 stycken hotell i närheten jag fick samma svar att de har fullbokat. Åker tillbaks till hotellet, och vi sitter i bilen? Och jag ligger och halvsover i bilen tillsammans med min dotter. klockan 07.30 på morgonen, ringer igen och får tag på en personal som ska börja jobba och fixa frukost till gästerna. Sylvia heter hon och hon tog emot mig på ett bra bemötande och gav en bra service. Hon erbjöd mig och min dotter att äta lite frukost medan vi väntade på henne att hon skulle fixa klart. För att sedan jag skulle få nyckeln till stugan.
Själva stugan tyckte jag inte va bra...

Shower was good and they have us separate shampoo and conditioner which is good for someone with long hair.

Cons:

We booked on booking.com, nothing mentioned about paying extra for sheets and towels until we arrived and had to pay, it was in the confirmation. We arrived and was told we could not use our sleeping bag because of bed bugs! this also wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking.com or on the hotel website. Then we paid for sheets and towels and was charged 200 krona EACH at the desk, when I read the confirmation (which I read after) should have been 150 Krona! I tried to get 100 Krona refund but nobody around. Then we had to clean our own room, or pay for a cleaner! Room was dirty to start with.

In total we paid £170 for this room, it wasn’t worth that at all.

We have stayed in some lovely hotels on our travels for much less with must best facilities. This experience in Sweden wasn’t great and would not recommend.

Pros:

Even booking.com did not inform there was closed on sunday until after the booking The owner was very nice and Welcome even his day of sunday and very very nice girl at the morning breakfast Monday

Cons:

Booking.com had not informed that nothing was working there on sunday, nothing AT ALL so no spa or anything at all, it should defently had been a lover price

Pros:

Personal war nett, Frühstück war gut, Regendusche mit verschiedenen Beleuchtungsoptionen

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und es sind ständig Leute vorbei gelaufen, die ins Zimmer schauen konnten. Durch die Lage am Hang hatte das Zimmer sowieso eher Keller-Ambiente mit Blick auf eine Betonwand. Wir hatten eine Decke für 2 Personen, die nicht groß genug war. 200SEK extra für den Jacuzzi sind es definitiv nicht wert. Einiges war kaputt

Modtagelse var minus 10, at komme til en låst dør, og vente på personale, der faktisk syntes vi var til besvær
