Pros:

ロケーションが、素晴らしい。徒歩数分で、赤レンガ、ハンマーヘッドに行けました。パシフィコ横浜に用事がありましたが、迷わず徒歩でいけました。お散歩しても、特徴的な建物なので、迷子になりませんでした。

Cons:

強いていえば、のレベルですが。お部屋が年期入ってる感じのダメージ感。もともと2ベッドだった部屋を、1ベッドに模様替えしたんだなぁーって感じでした。ラグジュアリー感を求めてる人には不向きだと感じました。

チェックイン時間連絡すればフリー
眺めも良い。
チェクアウト時、荷物預かりしてくれるし、傘も貸してもらえた。

Cons:

梅雨どきだったせいか、チェックイン時、少し部屋が蒸れたような感じだった。
エアコンつけたらすぐに無くなったけど。

良かったり悪かったりです
Pros:

ロケーションが何処へ行くにも便利なところです。

Cons:

エレベーターの側の部屋でした。エレベーターが動く度洗濯機を回す様な音がして寝つけませんでした。
