Pros:

観覧車やコスモワールドなど部屋の窓から見えるロケーションは良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の外の音(廊下？別の部屋の音？)が聞こえてきた。
ホテル自体が古いのはわかりますが、一階受付横の女子トイレの鍵が外れかけていたり、ウォシュレットのスイッチがあるのに使えなかったり、部屋着も今時、浴衣とちょっと古い感じが残念でした。
朝食会場の男性スタッフがちょっとガサツな感じも残念でした。

窓からの夜景の景色は、最高でした！
Pros:

まず、窓からの夜景が素晴らしい！朝食もホテル感満載で美味しく、景色もよく、リッチ感が得られました。

Cons:

ベッドがやや狭かったのと、アメニティセットが有料だつたこと。お湯はすぐ出て、快適でした。

Pros:

The staff were friendly.

The location was superb.

The breakfast was tasty.

I was able to borrow from the hotel a charger for my mobile phone (needed because my adapter plug wouldn't fit this hotel's outlets).

Cons:

The room seemed smaller than depicted on the booking.com website.

We didn't pre-book breakfast, and were prepared to pay, but they were "cash-only" so had to run to the Family Mart across the street to get cash from the ATM!

My US adapter plug had a third (earth?) pin which did not fit any of the electricity outlets in the room.

立地が最高です。この立地、ホテルの設備内装でこの値段なら、申し分ありません。一番の魅力は、やはり部屋からの眺望だと思います。この眺望のためにナビオスを選びました。

価格が安かったので妥当だと思ってます。
Pros:

桜木町駅から徒歩圏内で建物も分かりやすくて良かったです。

Cons:

指定ができなかったので仕方ないとは思いますが当日は花火が上がる日だったので観覧車側の部屋に宿泊したかったです。
