The check in staff was friendly and helpful with our plans to take public transportation into Venice .
The hotel was clean, modern, great AC ( we were in a heat wave). And it was a value to stay there and not directly in Venice.
The buffet breakfast was very good.
I would gladly stay again and recommend as an economical alternative to staying in Venice
Gute Lage für Besuch von Venedig. Bus 4Min. vor der Türe und dann mit dem Tram. Ca 40-50 Min, Bus Venedig. Tageskarte Bus und Tram Return Euro 3.
Tageskarte Bus Tram und Boote in Venedig 25 Euro 24h travell wo auch immer.
Gratis Parkplatz beim Hotel
Leider sehr kleine Badezimmer und keine Aufhäng Vorrichtung für die Badetücher.

The stay was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, both during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent for guests traveling by car, as free parking is available and it is easy to reach Venice from the hotel.
The only downsides were that the bed sheets had a slightly unpleasant smell, which seemed to come from the washing or drying process. In addition, access to the parking garage was somewhat inconvenient, as you had to ring the bell instead of using a key card. I also was not particularly satisfied with the telephone in the room.
