Af en toe een helikopter die opstijgt 🚁 naar de Etna.

Cons:

Naast een aantal heel vriendelijke obers hadden wij ook een hele norse.
Via deze reservatie konden we gaan familiekamer voor 5 bestellen, en wat kregen we : een kamer met 5 bedden. Maar besteld is besteld en jammer genoeg toonden ze geen flexibiliteit om dit te wijzigen.

Séjour agréable et reposant en famille
Pros:

Hôtel très bien tenu, le personnel d’accueil est très sympathique, les équipements sont bien entretenus et la propreté est irréprochable.
Mention spéciale au restaurant qui vaut vraiment le détour.
Le petit déjeuner est super.
L’emplacement nécessite un véhicule.
Très bon parking ombragé.
Merci à Toufik le chauffeur qui est vraiment super agréable et serviable.

Einfach enttäuschend, wir können die vielen positiven Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen

Personal an der Rezeption war nett.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel aufgrund der vielen überdurchschnittlich guten Bewertungen gebucht.

Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir maßlos enttäuscht. Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich aber das Zimmer katastrophal - sehr in die Jahre gekommen, fast schon unheimlich. Lieblos eingerichtet, überall sind Farbflecken, da der Maler offenbar kein Abklebeband kennt, Bogenfugen fehlen im Bad, welchen nichtmal eine anständige Türe hat und die hat oben auch noch einen Luftschlitz, das Licht flackert, dank der Dachschräge kann man im halben Zimmer nicht stehen, generell ist es sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Auf Nachfrage, ob das wirklich unser gebuchtes Zimmer ist und ob wir ein anderes bekommen könnten, wurde uns gesagt, das ist das einzige verfügbare.

Beim Frühstück setzt sich die Lieblosigkeit fort - im Großen und Ganzen sehr enttäuschend. Für das, was geboten wird, zu überteuert

Eigenes Auto ist ein Muss, sonst ist man hier gestrandet.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was great, with a good variety of fresh food/fruit. The rooms were spotless, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good although it would have been nice to change the menu occasionally.
The pool was lovely and well kept
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

Overall everything was really good.
I feel that the restaurant would benefit from opening earlier than 7.30pm as people tended to go out in order to find somewhere to eat before opening time.
