The B Hotel

Our stay was truly worth it. The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere, and the room was spacious, neat, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the overall quality of service provided by the staff. Big thanks to interns Alyssa, Ayanna, and Echo for being approachable and helpful during our visit. Kudos as well to FOS Abi and FO Pearl for their smooth and professional assistance from check-in until check-out. Everything went well and we genuinely enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended and would gladly stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We only experienced a minor issue with the bidet leaking, which caused the comfort room floor to become wet when we woke up. Thankfully, the staff immediately cleaned it to prevent any accidents from the slippery floor. The breakfast was also very good, and we received excellent service from the interns — Von, Alyssa, Ayanna, FOS Abi, and FO Pearl. We will definitely come back.

Good location! Very easy to go to key areas in Alabang. Rooms are pretty big for the price too! What set the experience apart though was the people. They were very courteous and approachable. Will stay again!

Actually, I've been bere a couple of times, since my mother loves this hotel so much. I remain impressed with the friendly and accomodating atmosphere of this hotel, as well as the delicious meals they provide here. I love that this hotel is very open and supportive of interns, considering that entry-level jobs nowadays is difficult and how the work culture here is unkind to graduating students and/or freshly graduated students. The Bhotel is quite balanced in terms of design, it gives of a luxurious feel, at the same time it managed to be as cozy. The staff and interns are quite wonderful and patient.

The rooms are not lacking in terms of quality and quantity. The rooms are very much clean and cozy, and that the beds are comfortable.

I also love how this hotel provides complementay drinks as well. It is very considerate of guests.

Our stay yesterday at B Hotel Alabang was a relaxing and memorable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the room rate because of the excellent ambiance and quality service. F.O. Evanne and F.O. Pearl were very welcoming and professional, while Concierge Sir Clyde was attentive and helpful during our stay. Joan, Echo, and Von truly enjoyed the overall experience, making our hotel stay even more special and enjoyable.

Our stay at the hotel was truly relaxing and memorable. Joan, Janelle, Echo, and Roma enjoyed the comfortable ambiance, delicious food, and excellent service throughout our visit. We also appreciate the warm assistance and professionalism of the Front Office staff, especially F.O Janna, F.O Evanne and F.O Pearl, who made our stay smooth and welcoming from check-in until check-out.

What stood out the most was the warm and genuine hospitality of Joan, Echo, and Von, who made the whole stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Huge appreciation as well to FO Angela and FO Evanne for their professionalism, welcoming attitude, and smooth assistance throughout the experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, excellent service all throughout our stay.

I genuinely enjoyed our stay, especially the food because everything we tried was delicious, well-prepared, and really comforting. Every meal felt worth looking forward to, and you can really tell that a lot of effort goes into the dining experience. What made everything even better was how warm, attentive, and welcoming all the staff were throughout our stay. They always made sure we were comfortable and checked on us with genuine smiles, which made the whole experience feel more personal and relaxing.

Special thanks to Joan for being incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional the entire time. Her attentiveness and way of assisting guests truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. I also want to mention Echo and Von for being so friendly and approachable, they added such a positive and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Because of the amazing hospitality and overall experience, I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

We had a great experience at B hotel Alabang. We stayed last weekend and had so much fun. We enjoyed the delicious food. So many choices in the breakfast buffet. I really love this pet friendly hotel.

Good Atmosphere, Great Service. I had fun with the family. The jacuzzi was under maintenance so we were offered to have a swim at Bellevue Hotel's pool for free and with shuttle which was cool! ☺️

We had a very relaxing stay at B Hotel. All the staff were so accommodating and very nice. They greet warmly every time we cross paths. Hannah was the one who booked our reservation. She was very efficient with the way she handled the booking and catered to my questions and changes well. F.O Evanne and Angela were also very accommodating and nice. Even the interns, Roma, Janelle, Joan, Mharjane, Von, and Echo did a good job. The concierge, Josh and Clyde, had very nice and warm hospitality. Everyone had been very professional which we really appreciate. The room was clean and well-kept. It has good lighting and the connecting room is a really good option for us, family. The breakfast was nice too. Overall, we had a very good experience especially as it was where we chose to celebrate Mothers Day. Thank you!

Everybody was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. All the staff greeted us warmly every time we passed by, which made us feel very comfortable. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was good as well.
Although we did not request room cleaning, the staff provided extra towels, tissues, and water bottles when we asked.
Overall, the service was professional and good. Special thanks to FO Angela, FO Evanne, and the interns - Roma, Janelle, Joan, Mharjane, and Von - for their kindness and great service.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends last April 25–26 at Bhotel, and we all had an amazing stay. From the moment we stepped inside, the hotel already gave off a warm and welcoming vibe. The rooms were kept cool and clean. It was really spacious enough for the three of us. We even took photoshoots during the night and had a lovely time looking over the window while we talked about our new work life. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try the pool, but hopefully we can enjoy it next time. The dining options were great as well, and I loved seeing that they now have a coffee bar on the side—perfect for frappe lovers like me! I also really appreciate the convenience of their shuttle service, which can take you anywhere around Alabang but since Bhotel is already near Molito, we decided to walk instead and have dinner over there.

I would like to sincerely thank everyone who took such great care of us. My friends managed to surprise me with a birthday cake, and it was truly a memorable moment. Huge shoutout to FO Evanne, FO Hannah, FO Angela, FOS Mads, OJT April, CON Allan, and CON Clyde for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
I also accidentally left my Instax camera at the hotel, and I’m so grateful that when I called, it was already safely waiting for me at the concierge. Overall, it was a lovely and worry-free stay. I truly hope to visit again soon!
