Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple reviewers note very clean rooms and attentiveness to detail; cleanliness is a clear strength.
Service
7.5
Mixed: many comments praise friendly, attentive staff and prompt fixes (e.g., AC), but several guests report unfriendly staff, a rude valet, and less-than-smiling breakfast servers.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised for walking distance to attractions, proximity to the convention center, ballpark and transit — a major positive.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and family-friendly; occasional AC issues were reported but were addressed.
Amenities
8.5
Strong amenities highlighted (breakfast buffet, omelette station, cocktail hour, evening snacks, pool, laundry), though parking logistics are handled separately.
Value for Money
7
Free and high-quality breakfast improves perceived value, but expensive parking ($60/night and holds) and limited nearby leisure options for some guests reduce overall value.
Food and Beverage
9
Food and beverage repeatedly praised (top-notch breakfast, omelette station, happy hour and evening snacks); generally a standout feature.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall very positive stays reported (many call it a favorite or one of the best), tempered by issues like parking costs, occasional staff rudeness and Friday-night noise.

Pros:

Close to the convention center and that the test would automatically log you out after checkout

Cons:

1 elevator was down so longer wait for elevator. We were on the 13th floor and the room was a little hot at night.
