Cons:

La chambre était trop petite en plus pas d’armoire pour ranger nos affaires il y avait qu’une penderie c’est bien dommage j’ai pas trouvé le personnel super, il fallait demander les serviettes, il fallait demander un verre pr mettre les brosses dents Par contre l’emplacement était pas mal sa a donné sur l’avenir dans l’ensemble Hotel était convenable mais j’ai trouvé que c’était un peu cher pour ce que c’était ils auraient dû à ce prix là mettre le petit déjeuner compris.

Υπέροχη διαμονή! Όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά το Παρίσι, θα μείνω ξανά σε εσάς!
Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ ήσυχη, ασφαλής με ωραία μαγαζιά και 6 λεπτά με τα πόδια απ το μετρό. Πολύ καθαρό και ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο με υπέροχο κήπο και πλούσιο πρωινό. Οι εργαζόμενοι πολύ ευγενικοί κι εξυπηρετικοί, με έκαναν να νίωσω σαν το σπίτι μου. Σας ευχαριστώ!

Pros:

Die Lage war für An-Abreise sehr gut gelegen. Metro in 300 Meter Entfernung. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Perfekt für einen Besuch in der Stadt. Rezeptionisten sprachen perfektes englisch. Parkhäuser in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren viel zu hart. Das Bett war hingegen sehr gut.

Pros:

Très bien. À Paris pour Roland Garros, un super séjour et personnel très accueillant, bravo. Plutôt dans le genre à râler il faut reconnaître quand c’est top

Cons:

Pas sûr l’établissement en tant que tel, il y a un parking à proximité immédiate mais pas de tarif préférentiel malgré les sollicitations de l’hôtel. Plutôt à destination d’indigo que de l’hôtel pour le coup la critique

Malheureusement notre réservation a été annulée quelques heures avant notre arrivée. Meme si l’hôtel nous a proposé un autre établissement (bas standing et chaîne d’hôtel) , le contexte confirme qu’il n’y a pas de considération pour le client.

Très déçus par le manque de considération envers les clients.
Nous avions réservé cet hôtel plus de trois mois à l’avance pour un séjour en famille. Deux jours avant notre arrivée, Booking a refusé le paiement à plusieurs reprises pour une raison inconnue. Malgré plusieurs échanges avec l’hôtel (e-mails, téléphone, WhatsApp) et alors que nous étions en route, nos chambres ont été annulées seulement deux heures avant notre arrivée.
Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi l’hôtel n’a pas conservé notre réservation alors qu’il connaissait parfaitement la situation. Le problème semblait provenir de Booking ou d’un dysfonctionnement informatique, dont nous n’étions pas responsables.
La seule alternative proposée était un autre hôtel, d’un standing différent et ne correspondant pas à notre choix initial.

Annulé par l’hôtel le jour même!!

J’ai reçu un massage de Booking 3 jours avant le séjour m’indiquant que ma carte était refusée. J’ai vérifié ma carte qui n’avait aucun problème et appelé l’hôtel pour prévenir. Le lendemain ma carte a été à nouveau refusée. Impossible de joindre l’hôtel par téléphone, j’ai envoyé un mail auquel on m’a répondu que c’était un pb informatique mais que ma réservation était bien validée. Le jour même je reçois un mail de Booking qui m’indique que ma réservation est annulée!! J’avais réservé 3 mois en amont… et en quelques heures ma chambre a été donnée à d’autres clients! Je précise toutefois que Villa Sorel m’a trouvé un autre hôtel (moins bien situé pour moi qui avais réservé un parking), néanmoins leur gestion a été déplorable…
